Our hearts continue to go out to Joe Simpson.
On Monday, it was confirmed that Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson‘s father has prostate cancer.
After undergoing surgery two months ago, reports said the 58-year-old is “feeling great now and is optimistic” after all of the support he received from his loved ones.
On Wednesday night, Joe acknowledged his cancer battle with a cryptic Instagram post calling the disease a “dream killer.” So sad.
