You might recognize Kaley Cuoco as that suuuuper fine gal on The Big Bang Theory.
What you might not recognize is all the hidden effort it takes to have a fab shape like hers — and we’ve got the scoop on just exactly what she thinks of her body, and how she keeps it ready for anything!
Here’s what she said about her diet:

“I start the day with oatmeal with vanilla almond milk. If I don’t, I’m dying by noon and eating everything in sight. On-set, I avoid crap and pack soup and salad. I cook pork chops or turkey tacos for dinner. I can eat a whole pepperoni pizza and a few beers on my own. That’s why I work my ass off at the gym!”

This, of course, leads to making sure she’s happy with how she looks by working hard:

“Spinning changed my body. My legs are severely toned, and you get an ab workout.
“Sit in the front row in front of the mirror so you can stare at your fine-ass self as you sweat. It forces you to be accountable and not slack. Do it with friends so you’re not by yourself being miserable; you get through it together. I’ve gotten everyone on the show on the Spin wagon! Add weights. I love punching with 2-pound weights during Spinning. While on your bike, you crisscross punch 20 to 30 times. It gets at the back part of my arm that I hate!”
“Shock your body by switching it up and trying different teachers. I don’t like teachers who scream.”

And finally, she holds her opinion and emotions highly:

“I judge myself all the time. It takes a huge effort to look this way, and I still think I could lose 5 pounds! Unless you’re Gisele, you wake up some days and feel ugly. When that happens, I accept that I’m not perfect and it’s OK; I can start over again tomorrow.
“I cry all the time. I love to laugh, too. It’s important to create an environment for yourself where you feel what you need to and don’t hold it in. Today, I’m comfortable enough in my own skin that I can laugh or cry when I need to, and it feels so good.”

We think there’s a lot of wisdom in there.
Plus, we know it works — she’s healthy, fit, and successful. We also get the feeling she’s very happy with who she is, too!
That’s BIG!
Hope all is well, Kaley! Thanks for sharing!
