We don’t want to start a feud, but Kylie Jenner has beaten older sister Kendall to the cover of Cosmopolitan!
That’s kind of a big deal since only one of them is the professional model in the family, after all!
But maybe Cosmo‘s not high fashion enough for Kendall. (Just FYI, though: Cosmo has more than twice the circulation of Vogue.)

Anyway, the point is Kylie’s fronting the February issue of the magazine all by herself, and she actually looks much less sexualized than we would have thought!
Which is a good thing, since she’s a minor.
Of course her lips are as pouty as ever, but the 17-year-old dismisses the plastic surgery rumors, saying:
“You guys have watched me grow up since I was 9. My face is going to get different. Now, I know how to do my makeup, contour and everything. I’m not against surgery. I’d never say no, but I don’t desire it right now.”
She also addresses that whole growing-up-in-front-of-the-world thing:
“When I was like 10, 11, 12, I had a really hard time with the media. During your adolescence, girls deal with their peers at school, then they go home and they don’t have to deal with it [there]. It was a lot more haters to deal with├óΓé¼┬ªespecially since I was younger and my sisters were so beautiful and had it all together. I can have my moments and say that I don’t want this life anymore, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. The good is definitely worth the bad.”
Don’t mess with her, however, ’cause she’s got a lot of people on her side:
“If a guy does one little thing to me, then you’re dealing with like six other girls.”
Kylie even admits how hard her parents’ divorce was on her:
“I didn’t say anything [while the cameras were rolling.] I went in my room and cried right after. If they’re happy, I’m happy, I guess.”
So far there’s only one pic of her in the spread, but we would definitely like to see more!
It’d be a shame if Cosmo editors only have two photos to share from the entire shoot!
Check out the second shot in the gallery (above)!
