Oh, we’re SO ready for this face off.
As we previously reported, Piers Morgan made headlines this week after he continuously questioned BOTH Madonna and Lady GaGa‘s rape claims. The controversial opinion stemmed from the British TV personality’s shade about how celebrities use a PTSD diagnosis in order to “promote themselves.” Smh.

Morgan’s timing was either calculated or just plain poor as his comments came shortly after both Madge and Mother Monster opened up about their past traumas. To make matters worse, the former America’s Got Talent judge refused to back down even after he faced major criticism online.
So it’s no wonder Piers’ shady sentiments caught the Million Reasons singer’s attention, as on Tuesday, the pop star clapped back at the journalist AND even agreed to have an interview with him. Don’t believe us? Ch-ch-check out the full exchange for yourself (below).
@piersmorgan I’ve work w/ our VP Joe Biden on helping educate people about why women don’t report, would love to share it w/ you some time.

@piersmorgan would also love to talk with you about PTSD, that it’s not just a “military” disorder. There is a mental health youth epidemic.

@piersmorgan if anyone in your family suffers from it, I pray they have more good days than bad. It has affected me & my whole family.❤️✌️

Talk about taking the high road! Obviously the (thirsty for attention) 51-year-old was eager to lock down a chat with the Bad Romance artist as he quickly responded:
OK, you’re on.
Let’s do an interview about this & you can tell me why I’m wrong to be sceptical. https://t.co/CFLOL06Emq
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
And although the interview hasn’t even been locked in yet, things have already gotten feisty as Piers quipped to one fan:
I’m both.
This interview would air worldwide.
Reckon you can handle me @ladygaga ? https://t.co/tedWugyXHi
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
Which resulted in the American Horror Story vet snapping back:
@piersmorgan Let’s do that & yes Mr. Morgan, I can handle u. Suprised you would question that. Was that the 1st question of our interview?

Snap! Snap! In typical Piers fashion, the talk show host attempted to get the last word as he wrote:
I know numerous soldiers with PTSD, it’s a very serious thing.
I also know people who claim to have it but clearly don’t.
Let’s talk… https://t.co/ZTk5mSZLBt
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
Yes!
OK @ladygaga, we have a deal.
I’ll get my people to contact your people.
It’s an important debate. https://t.co/WY2mmVZDFT
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
Nonetheless, the outspoken writer tried to get a handle on his professionalism as he concluded:
I rather admire @ladygaga for agreeing to an interview after my criticisms.
Should be a fascinating debate.
I’ll press my meat suit.
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
But wait, the famed diva saw his last dig and retorted:
@piersmorgan if you continue to shame me in the process of kindly agreeing to interview w/ u I’ll happily do the interview with someone else
— xoxo, Joanne (@ladygaga) December 13, 2016
Oh shoot! We have a feeling Piers has realized he’s met a worthy opponent in GaGa as he (for real this time) wrapped up with:
OK.
If you’re big enough to do this, I’m big enough to play fair too. https://t.co/L4CT1qtn4N
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) December 13, 2016
Anyone taking bets on this debate? Because we have an inkling about who will come out the victor — LOLz!
