And Rosie O’Donnell had no qualms sinking them into Lindsay Lohan‘s future portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor!
Becoming green with disgust, Rosie couldn’t help but hold NOTHING back on the Today Show this morning, when talking to Matt Lauer about LiLo’s new Lifetime gig. She first commented on the state of Lindsay’s life right now, saying:
I feel very sorry for her. I think she needs a lot of time away. She’s had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including SNL. She was out and not in rehearsal. I think she’s not in a place to work.
Oh wait. There’s more! Later, when Donny Deutsch suggested Linds was this generation’s Liz, Rosie really LOST IT!! She fumed at him, saying:
You’re out of your mind! You’re a crackhead! The last thing she did good she was at sixteen. I don’t think she’s right for the role and I don’t think she’s capable at this point to portray that character.
Snap! Snap!
Well…. it’s not like she’s alone in this. There are A LOT of people who agree with her, but we think everyone deserves a ninth second chance!!
Let’s give LiLo the benefit of the doubt here! If she fails, that’s on her, but we’re hoping this will be the start of a new beginning for her. Her last do-over, if you will.
And anyway, besides Client List, do U remember the last time Lifetime had something THIS juicy to look forward to??
