On Wednesday, Madonna took to Instagram to confirm the news she had adopted twin girls from Malawi. SO EXCITING!

Alongside the sweet family pic (above), the Like A Prayer singer wrote:
- “I can officially confirm I have completed the process of adopting twin sisters from Malawi and am overjoyed that they are now part of our family. ├óΓé¼ΓÇ╣This statement comes only a day after it was revealed that Madge’s adoption filing had been approved in the East African country. Not to mention, a photo of the hitmaker’s oldest, Lourdes Leon, reportedly with her new sisters surfaced online on Tuesday as well!
Madonna has a long history of doing charitable work in Malawi as she founded the Raising Malawi charity back in 2006. Of course, the Material Girl also adopted her children David and Mercy James from the same African country back in the mid-’00s.
We honestly couldn’t be happier for Madonna in regards to her happy, new additions. We’re sure the little ones are thrilled to be going home with the superstar!
