We don’t know, but maybe if you’re David Beckham, then it just doesn’t matter.
The former footballer arrived with wifey Victoria Beckham at the Met Gala this evening in NYC, and Posh matched Becks’ Ralph Lauren jacket with a pure white column gown of her own design, featuring a foldover bodice and handkerchief hem.
Now, the dress code may have called for ball gowns for the women, but Victoria marches to the beat of her own drummer, and her drummer prefers sleek, no-fuss looks.
So, in that sense, Poshy definitely stayed true to her style!
