Gay-oriented cable network Logo has acquired syndication rights for FX’s medical drama Nip/Tuck.
The series, which ran for seven seasons, will air in three-episode stacks each week starting this October.
Logo’s senior vice president of multiplatform programming Marc Leonard explains the network’s choice to air the drama:

“The celebrity guests, moments of jaw-dropping outrageousness and honest depiction of its gay characters and their friends made the series a perfect fit for our audience. At the end of the day, we see it as a love story between two straight guys who are challenged by the family that they’ve created — and that’s pretty fierce.”

Fierce, indeed!
