Pete Wentz, the proud daddy to Bronx Mowgli, is slowly opening up about his new role as a dad.
During a radio interview Tuesday with Ryan Seacrest, Wentz spoke about his baby’s name and revealed, “I feel weird├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥people have all these ideas of what it means now. I think it’s kind of cool to leave the narrative the way it is. People are stoked or pissed or whatever├óΓé¼┬ªI don’t think anybody knows the real story of why or how.”
But luckily for us, Pete explains a bit more.
He says, “We came up with the idea Bronx, we’d been throwing it back and forth a while ago.” But as for Mowgli, he says, “The Jungle Book is something me and Ashlee bonded over. It’s really cool.”
And there you have it.
Ashlee is pretty lucky to have a hubby who helps out with the baby. Especially during diaper duty. Says Wentz,”Yeah, I’ve changed quite a few. I’ve definitely done a couple of exploding ones.”
So, how was Ashlee during the birth? Pete reveals, “She’s pretty much a saint. Right before she went into labor, I was pretty much like, ‘Oh my god, I think I’m having a heart attack.’ She took care of me and made sure I was OK. She’s really good, really good, actually. The grandmas have been really good, helping us a lot.”
Can’t wait to see pics of the happy family out together!
