It looks like sources on both Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz‘s side are speaking up about the couple’s shocking split.
First a source said Ashlee’s “partying [and] being out of control” was one of their many issues that caused the split, then another source claimed she wanted out because of Pete’s “erratic behavior”, but now another source has come forward to support claims closer to the former.
An insider has revealed that the Fall Out Boy “started getting burnt out”, because although Ashlee has been seen partying it up around town since they announced the split, it turns out she “has been out late partying for the past few months”.
Apparently, she hangs with a crew of pro skateboarders in San Clemente, Calif., and returns home at sunrise!
The split MAY have actually been a trust issue as a source explains:
“[He] would constantly check in on Ashlee, and he’d have his friends call the house and her cell to make sure she said she was where she said she was going to be. He felt like he couldn’t trust her”
A lot of details are emerging as the public tries to grasp some kind of an understanding of what went wrong with these two, but we just hope the former couple can work things out amicably for the sake of their 2-year-old son Bronx!
