Giving her boobs the night off, the Basic Instinct actress let her back steal the spotlight in a white Cavalli gown that featured a gold snake slithering up her spine.

With her hair pulled back into a chic up ‘do, Sharon completed her gala ensemble with a gold clutch, a dazzling ruby and diamond starfish cuff and fabulous diamond earrings.
