Who would win in a fight between Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes?
The Stitches singer joked on Friday morning that while he wins in body and build, the Biebs has a secret weapon that would ultimately take him down!

The crooner shared today while appearing on the Elvis Duran Show:
“I think I’m bigger and I weigh more. I think he has another type of level that he can click into that I don’t have. I don’t possess the switch that he does.”
Hmmm… we’re not sure what the switch is, but we’ll take your word for it! He continued, praising the 25-year-old for his “hilarious” comments on Instagram:
“He is so funny. Honestly, I pretty much live to read the comments that he posts on photos because they’re hilarious.”
The If I Can’t Have You singer knows the feeling of getting clapped back by Hailey Bieber‘s husband all too well! When he was crowned ‘Prince of Pop’ by The Observer Magazine, he got a cheeky comment of his own from the What Do U Mean? singer:
“Hmm Gonna have to break a few more records to dethrone my title there bud (canadian voice)..but if you want we can play hockey for it but i heard you’re [sic] a real bender on the ice we could just drop the buckets and tilt for it.”

Looking back, he had some fears about posting the photo because he felt undeserving of the title:
“I’m not going to lie, when I got the photo from that paper, I was like, ‘Should I post this? I don’t want people to think I’m saying I’m the prince of pop. It’s just what the headline said and the photo. There’s other princes of pop, like Bieber.’ I was like, ‘I’m just going to do it. It’s not big deal.’ The second I posted it I was like, ‘Shouldn’t have done that!'”
The two have previously been pitted against each other by fans in music and romance, but Mr. Bieber is actually a huge inspiration for the 20-year-old:
“He is one of the main reasons I started doing what I do. Not just me, many, many other pop artists and other just artists in the industry right now.”
