Yesterday, news that Larry King was headed for his eighth divorce with wife Shawn Southwick was quickly followed by reports that he was cheating on her with her own sister!
That’s pretty friggin low!
However, his sister-in-law, Shannon Engeman, is calling the rumor “ludicrous” and insists that she never had an affair with him. She admits she reveres him ” like a father” and would never do anything to hurt her sister in that way.
But Shawn apparently completely believes that Shannon did have an affair with Larry. Shannon says that Shawn is citing expensive gifts Larry has allegedly given his sister-in-law, but Shannon maintains he has always been generous to her “entire family” not just herself!
Shannon adds that Shawn “has left me threatening messages…I love my sister. What’s happening is not my fault.”
Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t, but let’s get real, ladies: is Larry King worth losing your sisterly bond over???
