Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are “sparing no expense” to ensure their safety.
This week, we’ve been following the shocking burglaries that hit both Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ mansions early last month. We heard on Wednesday that Travis is rightfully very “upset” about the matter, which took place while he and Taylor were at Arrowhead Stadium for his Kansas City Chiefs game. And now we’re hearing more details about how the tight end intends to move forward.

On Thursday, an insider told DailyMail.com:
“This was a calculated break-in and Taylor and Travis are not taking any chances. The intruders knew exactly when the house would be empty and could easily see that she was at the game he was playing in. They knew how long they had to carry out the robbery based on when the game ended.”
Oof. Very much like the Bling Ring robberies from Beverly Hills recently.
That’s so unsettling. And so invasive… Especially for the level of fame the power couple have. Their home should be somewhere they feel COMPLETE security. Especially Taylor, who’s dealt with her fair share of similar situations. But this time, it wasn’t about her. The insider dished:
“It was clear the robbers weren’t after her, but they still made off with $20,000 from his place, which was no concern to anyone.”
The burglar reportedly also made off with $100k in jewelry and the jersey Travis wore during his first Super Bowl. The insider continued:
“The fact that they were safe was the only thing people cared about. Taylor feels safe when she is with Travis, and he is by her side. Her family feels safe when he is with her. And they will both feel incredibly safe at his house now because they also have around the clock armed security personnel to ensure nothing like this can ever happen again. They are sparing no expense.”
Good! They need it! And can certainly afford it! A second source told the outlet:
“It is sad that life has to be this way, but it is now such a normal way of life that Taylor doesn’t feel scared. Is she upset that this happened to Travis? No doubt, but she doesn’t feel like she is in harm’s way being at his place. There isn’t ever anything in the back of her mind that trouble is brewing. They are taking extra precautions in the meantime but Taylor feels very safe and that is where her headspace is at.”
At this time, the FBI would not confirm or deny whether they are involved in the investigation, but if they are, it could indicate the wave of crime reaches across state lines.
