Even though U.S. Olympic freeskier Gus Kenworthy isn’t actually competing until tomorrow, he’s already becoming well known at Sochi.
For being the guy who’s rescuing puppies!! (As well as hoping to medal in freeskiing slopestyle.)
Gus is seriously our new favorite person ever because he shared the world’s cutest photo (above) on his Twitter and wrote:
“puppy love is real to puppies.”
Awwwww! He’s doing exactly what we’d be doing if we were over there!
We’d literally just be running through the streets, scooping up puppies left and right.
Best part? He’s not just hugging pups for some photo op… he’s gonna adopt them!!

He’s not only going to try and bring honor to the homeland, he’s also bringing puppies back with him!
