It was a night for the lovers yesterday and Vincent Piazza and Ashlee Simpson made the most of their first Valentine’s Day together by attending a swanky — yet still romantic — Hollywood bash in New York.

They look so classy together, don't they? They're just owning this "Fashion: Take Note Studio" by staying really simple with their outfits and just letting their love do all the talking. It's beautiful! Magical even!

Our first reaction when we saw Ashlee Simpson at the SAG Awards tonight is 'why the heck is she there!?'. But then we remembered she's dating what's his name from Boardwalk Empire and then it all made sense.

We will give her some credit though, Ash looked pretty amaze in a Jenny Packham gown and her short blonde wavy hair was perfection.

She's come a long way from her Pieces of Me days, no?

It's official!

After a three and a half year marriage, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are now split, as a judge formally terminated the union on November 22nd!

It's still unclear how the pair ultimately settled their custody disagreement, as Pete wanted joint and Ashlee wanted primary, as well as the division of their assets, as all of these matters were settled privately!

Fine with us! So long as they were settled!

Hopefully now they can put all of this stuff behind them and focus all of their energy on little Bronx!

Jessica and Ashlee Simpson celebrated the launch of their new tween line Jessica Simpson Girls on Thursday night.

For the cookie and candy-filled soiree at Dylan Lauren's Candy Bar the preggers designer wore a loose-fitting Dolce & Gabbana leopard print dress with a Camilla and Marc leather jacket, black tights and her own shoes.

Ashlee took a more casual-chic approach in a striped wool sweater worn over a printed mini dress.

We can't decide which sister we like better. They both look great!

The Simpson clan were spotted celebrating at the Ivy over the weekend!

Could it be... a pregnancy announcement? hmm?

Guests of the Santa Monica lunchen include Jessica, Ashlee and momma Tina Simpson.

Ashlee was seen holding her son adorable blonde son Bronx, while Jess carried a possible baby bump.

It looks like Jessica is being handed a blue gift wrapped present. What's that all about Jessica? Is it a just for no good reason? A happy lunch present? Somehow we don't think so.

Jessica has yet to announce her pregnancy to the world, but from what we hear she's planning on making a formal announcement -- and ending this charade -- soon!
