Isn’t that what they always say? LOLz!

Bobby Brown has pled "not guilty" after his recent DUI in October. At the time, he was also charged with driving with a restricted license and also driving a car that didn’t have a breathalyzer device in it.

The last two stipulations were a result of his second DUI this year, and third ever.

Thanks to his newest DUI, Whitney Houston's troubled ex-husband is ready to seek help for his addictions before it's too late. Bobby's pals say that this time he's taking it seriously, and actually WANTS to go.

Bobby Brown went and got another DUI this week. He may end up in a fair amount of legal trouble, but worst of all, he's disappointed his family and friends once again.

Bobbi Kristina, for example, had seen this coming months ago. When asked if her father was rising above his alcoholism, she was not optimistic and said "not at all."

Although he has proven her right and everyone he cares about is "at their wits end" with him, this might be the reality check that he needed to finally take deal with his demons.

Less than two months after proclaiming his sobriety to 14,000 fans, Whitney Houston's ex-husband has once again been arrested for driving under the influence.

He was pulled over on an El Lay street around 1 a.m. this morning after cops spotted him driving erratically.

So sad because this is the SECOND time this has happened in less than a year. After pleading "no contest" to DUI charges last April, he entered rehab last summer, but quit the program just three weeks in.

He felt he didn't "need treatment anymore," which was clearly not the case.

The drama for Bobby Brown just never seems to end!

Whitney Houston's ex-husband, who recently skipped out on a 90-day rehab treatment plan only three weeks in, almost missed a New Edition show last night when hours before he was supposed to go on, his wife of three months Alicia Etheredge was rushed to the hospital after having a seizure in her hotel room!

The 43-year-old entered rehab to treat his alcoholism earlier this month following his "no contest" plea to driving under the influence. While he was supposed to complete a 90-day program, the singer has left the facility after just three weeks. A source broke the unfortunate news by saying:
