Such a special moment!
Check it out above!!!
This is SUCH exciting news!!
So, OF COURSE, they decided upon Grease as the musical, because DUH!
FOX released a statement saying:
"From Broadway to film, and across generations, Grease is one of the most beloved musical stories ever told – and we can’t wait to bring it to our air in a spectacular live event. Its iconic characters and addictive songs make it the perfect fit for FOX, and we’re going to give it the kind of star power and production quality to make every Sandy, Danny, Rizzo and Kenickie out there want to get up and sing along."
So, what exactly do they mean by "star power," AKA WHO WILL PLAY DANNY AND SANDY??!
We might not know any casting news right now, we've definitely got some suggestions on who they SHOULD cast for the roles!
Ch-ch-check out our Perezicious picks…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
And that, ladies and gents, is the story of Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson's life!
The show is once again covering One Direction and we have an inkling the relationship between Blaine and Kurt is getting a little rocky, judging by the song choice.
If you're itching to hear the rest of the songs for the upcoming episode, The Back-Up Plan, check 'em out (below)!
A Great Big World released their music video for their song Already Home! The video literally follows the music as it shows a couple living on two separate coasts, with Darren living in El Lay and Jessica living in the Big Apple.
The on-screen couple goes through ups and downs like any other couple, except they're hundreds of miles away from each other!
To see how it all goes down, ch-ch-check out their music video for Already Home (above)!!
Love, love, LOVE these '80s covers for the upcoming Glee episode!!
Next Tuesday, on "Tested," it sounds like each NYC couple (Samcedes and Klaine, respectively) are going through some relationship struggles, judging from these songs they're covering.
What good comes from saying love is a battlefield?!
But wait, there is more!
Ch-ch-check out the Glee cast's AH-Mazing renditions of these classic songs (below)!
It's time for mid-winter critiques at NYADA and you know what they say. 'The show must go on!'
But those cuts and bruises certainly didn't stop him from getting a standing ovation after his performance of I'm Still Here (above) at his mid-winter critique in front of the intimidating Madame Tibideaux and his NYADA peers!
Critiques and drama aside, we also get a little hint of what's to come for the future of Samcedes, from the looks of these performances of course!
Ch-ch-check out how the other Gleeks fared in their critiques with their performances (below)!
And here comes the heavy…
Last night’s Glee tackled more than one real-world, hard-hitting issue. Major life choices were made, hearts were tested and a beloved Gleek found himself battered and broken in a hospital bed.
We sure aren’t in Lima anymore… and really, did you expect a light episode when the majority of the songs were Sondheim?
(P.S – Wait till you hear the music from this episode though. From Into The Woods to Amber Riley’s original ballad, it was a slam dunk after slam dunk all night.)
So, let's just rip the band-aid off and get to it, shall we?
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD! DON’T READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT.
No One Is Alone (above) just makes us feel all kinds of emotions! Especially since something bad is going to happen!
The music for this episode titled "Bash" includes a mix of Broadway selections with a hint of original music from rising recording artist Mercedes!
While there is a sad undertone in "Bash," we can't help but speculate whether or not something stems from Mercedes and Sam's relationship, considering the fact that they did date for a brief time over the summer in previous seasons!
Ch-ch-check out the rest of the songs from tonight's episode (below)!
