Cory Monteith was spotted walking out of the Lions club in West Hollywood Thursday with a pack of smokes in hand (above)… and no, ladylove Lea Michele was NOT in attendance.
Perhaps she was off celebrating the announcement of Glee season 5's creative twist!
We've been driving ourselves MAD with speculation since hearing that the next season of Glee has major format changes, especially because neither Ryan Murphy nor the Gleeks were spilling any deets!
But HUZZAH! FOX chairman Kevin Reilly recently revealed what this mysterious "creative twist" entails!
Reilly shared:

Jane Lynch might be great at playing a meany, but that hasn't stopped her Glee co-stars from loving her!
Members of the hit show's cast — including Matthew Morrison, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, AND Darren Criss — came out to support Jane in her broadway debut in Annie: The Musical as Miss Hannigan.
The musical madness all went down on Thursday at New York City's Palace Theatre.
And their attendance did NOT go unnoticed! The conniving coach turned alcoholic orphanage supervisor sent out her thanks to her TV fam by way of Twitter.

Rumors were floating around for a while, so one daring fan actually asked Blake if they were true during a Twitter chat with ET Canada. And Blake, ever-amused by the whole thing, simply but cutely replied:
Lea Michele was a summery vision on Monday night at the FOX Upfronts post-party in New York City.
Fresh off her Mexican vacay, the Glee actress showed off her bronze bod and lightened locks in a one shoulder, bubblegum pink Lela Rose dress.
To complement the iridescent floral print splattered across the frock, Princess Lea slipped on a pair of metallic Jenni Kayne slingbacks and added a hint of bling with Dana Rebecca rings and EF Collection bangles.
We love how fresh Lea's look is, but we're not so sure about her new 'do. Is it perfect for summer? Yes, but the way it was styled makes it look like a bad Sun-In experiment.

OK, so now the MAJOR question remains: what is Glee's new "format" going to look like?!
Earlier this year, Glee creator Ryan Murphy teased some "weird shit" that was going to go down at the end of season 4 that would set up a whole new structure for the fifth season even though we only just got used to the back and forth between Lima, OH and NYC (umm SPOILER ALERT Unique CATFISHING Ryder was definitely an odd twist, not to mention Brittany going to MIT!!)…
So what could this new format be?! Could ALL characters be moving to the Big Apple?! How would that even work??
Naya Rivera is good at many things, ESPECIALLY when it comes to looking amazing in a bikini!
But her talents don't stop there as the Glee actress and her boyfriend Big Sean decided to try out paddleboarding on their Hawaiian vaca!
We guess being a super sexy and successful singer/ actress just isn't enough for Naya! Seriously, is there anything she can't do?!!
We're not sure how the two love-birds did for their first time, but who cares?? As long as we get to see the two of them out by the beach, we're not complaining! LOLz!
