Will Michael Lohan ever learn when to butt out??!

Probably not, but we're not complaining!!!

While it was said that Lindsay Lohan would be going to New York's Seafield to complete her 90 day court-ordered rehab stay, Papa Lohan has confirmed that it is actually between Morningside in Newport Beach and The Lukens Institute in Palm Beach.

However, being the loving father that he is, Michael isn't so keen on Lindsay returning her old stomping grounds at Morningside. Instead, Michael would MUCH prefer daddy's little girl go to Lukens, but apparently lawyer Mark Heller will do just about anything to prevent that from happening!

So WHY is Lindsay's not-so-trusty lawyer so against Lukens?!

In a private email, Michael explained:

The zero hour is quickly approaching, but LiLo is pulling the old switcheroo!

Unhappy with both New York and SoCal as locations for her court-ordered rehabilitation, our luscious law-breaking diva is desperately trying to delay her treatment and/or move the location to a tropical Floridian paradise!!

Lindsay Lohan even enlisted the help of her younger bro, Michael Jr.!

He called the El Lay attorney's office BEGGING them to let the Mean Girls star spend 90 days at Lukens, a luxurious treatment center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

One source close to the situation revealed:

Hmmm, we love jet setting too, but doesn't this star have other rehabilitation things to do?

Lindsay Lohan arrived at LAX yesterday to catch a flight with her sister Aliana.

The troubled actress tweeted that she’d be heading home to see her mom Dina and brother Michael.

She even shared a photo from the plane:

Michael Lohan might not always be proud of his daughter’s actions, but he will always be there to defend her when he thinks she's been wronged!

Sure, Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been on her best behavior, but Michael doesn’t think that's a reason to rip into her.

After Jim Norton, co-host of The Opie & Anthony Show, called LiLo a whole lotta vulgar names, Michael took action.

Jim had commented during a recent show:

“Just acting like a f***ing dumb c**t … You have a job like that, you run around like a t**t, they give you a nice dress to wear and you cut it up like a spoiled c**t … After a certain age you have to stop acting like d**che … Her family is sh**ty and I want to hate her but you look at her family and her father is just f***ing sh*t, just sh*t.”

And we know Michael isn’t one to keep his mouth shut so there’s no shock about him responding. He said:

Turns out, Lindsay Lohan will NOT be the first person in her family to spend time attempting to kick bad habits in the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, where she'll be serving a specialized, 90-day sentence for her latest probation violation!

In fact, it appears her very own Daddy Dearest, Michael Lohan, spent some time there himself back in 1989 when he had his own issues with cocaine and alcohol…and in the process, became VERY friendly with the program's Executive Director, Mark Epley!

However, don't assume the familial connection is going to get our hard-pAArtying starlet any preferential treatment during her stay!
