So remember how rumors went ablaze about Nicole Richie feuding with Jessica Simpson??

It all started through Fashion Star when whispers got louder about Nicole's apparent disregard for Jessica's fashion sense.

Sources said she told them Jessica didn't have a high fashion eye at all! They also said she often looked Jessica's style up and down in a very condescending manner.

Reports are going around that Nicole Richie is in talks with Halston to be their new celebrity face.

A source says:

"They wanted someone with Nicole's fashion credentials. She is the perfect ambassador for Halston and even wore one of their gowns to the launch of her own fashion brand last week. She'd love to produce a capsule collection with them."

After this year's mass exodus, whoever is left at Halston needs to do something to revive the failing fashion house.

Nicole could be just what they need.

We LOVE tutus!!

One of the world's most stylish moms, Nicole Richie, was seen grabbing din-din with Harlow (who has gotten so big) and Sparrow, and dine at Cafe Med with friends for dinner.

Harlow was looking as stylish as her mother as she sported pink tutu skirt with her sparkly Toms shoes. As always Sparrow looked just like his dad Joel Madden wearing a blue plaid jacket with red jeans and sneakers.

Thanksgiving and Christmas aren't all that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden look forward to this time of year, as their one year wedding anniversary is fast-approaching on December 11th, and the former reality starlet recently revealed what the pair have planned!

Nicole Richie is now said to be expanding her brand with a new line with QVC.

The reality star and fashionista will launch the new line in February, which coincidentally will coincide with the premiere of her new reality show, Fashion Star.

One insider reveals about the new line:

"The line is cute - it can be worn by teeny-tiny girls but also goes up to size XXXL,. Nicole has a great fashion sense, and she's very hands-on."

We love that the line has such a large selection of sizes. And hopefully since it's with QVC it'll be moderately priced as well.

Nicole Richie attended the ACE Awards on Monday to pick up the Influence of the Year award for her Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960 collections.

The celebrity designer walked the purple carpet in New York City wearing a simple, but sexy black Antonio Berardi gown and House of Harlow 1960 clutch.

We're kinda surprised Nicole didn't wear one of her own designs, but we can see why she went for this gown. It fits her like a glove and shows off her amazing figure!

Nicole Richie may be the most stylish mom, but she could use a lesson in tap.

The famous mom was spotted picking up her daughter Harlow and a friend from dance class yesterday. It looks like the busy mom forgot to tell the girls to take off their tap shoes!

Everybody mom dancer knows walking outside in tap shoes can ruin them!

Oh, well. We're like 1000% sure Nicole can afford new ones! LOL!

After successfully conquering the accessory and apparel industries, Nicole Richie is ready to take on the world of celebrity fragrances!

The Winter Kate designer has signed on with TPR Holdings LLC to release her own signature scent next year.

TPR's president Brian Robinson said fans can expect a "cool, classy scent with an edge" when it hits shelves at department and specialty stores in September.

We can't wait to get a whiff!
