Zoolander 2's NYC premiere was unlike any other!
On Tuesday, the flick's red — or should we say purple — carpet was transformed into a high-energy fashion show worthy of Mugatu, himself!
The Daddy's Home star wore a puffy coat with a giant "M" on the back, matching pants with slits up the legs, purple cat-eye sunglasses, and Mugatu's signature hairstyle.
As Derek Zoolander, Ben rocked a green patterned suit while Owen — AKA Hansel — donned a space-themed outfit that would make Neil deGrasse Tyson proud.
And newcomer to the film franchise, Penelope, was super seXXXy in an all-black ensemble featuring short shorts and high boots that went all they way up past her knees!
But they aren't the only ones who showed off their runway chops!
Luckily for us, Funny Or Die filmed it on Periscope! Ch-ch-check out the fantastic finale from the fashion show (below)!
Alert the presses!
The 50-year-old decided to do something that's never been done before while premiering his newest comedy Zoolander 2 in London on Thursday night.
In an effort to capture everything going on, the actor whipped out a really, really, ridiculously long selfie stick on the red carpet while everyone — including cast members Kristen Wiig, Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson, and Penelope Cruz — posed down below.
The official Twitter account for the film posted the final result:
Turns out, it wasn't as easy as it looks!
After all, the 28-foot stick with a camera clipped in at the top end could've been hazardous if something went wrong! Stiller shared:
We can imagine — we thought our phone falling on our faces while in bed was bad!
Not to mention the wind factor:
Sometimes the greatest risks give us the best rewards, Derek!
In the 2001 comedy, the now 44-year-old was barely recognizable playing the Evil DJ — the Frankie Goes to Hollywood fan who challenges Hansel to a break-dance fight!
Now, Theroux's Evil DJ is back in the new Zoolander 2 trailer — and apparently, he's still obsessed with the hypnotic Relax!
Check out the newest trailer (above) and go see Zoolander 2 in theaters February 12!
The countdown is on until the Super Bowl once again takes its place as the highest rated television program of the year!
And Stephen Colbert is making sure to capitalize on that this time around with an all-star lineup for his post-game broadcast of The Late Show!
Not to be outdone by some lousy halftime show with performances by the little-known Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Beyoncé — the late night host has called in some A-List guests to keep audiences tuned in!
But that's not all — Rounding off his "Super Bowl squad" are Key & Peele's Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele!
And according to the host, they'll have to figure out who's bringing what for the event:
The sequel to Ben Stiller's model comedy Zoolander has been a long time coming and it's finally almost here!
In the new trailer for Zoolander 2 — which is disguised as a perfume ad — Derek (Stiller) is half-man, half-cow as the video also shows brief but HIGHlarious clips from the flick starring Stiller, Owen Wilson, Will Ferrell and Penelope Cruz!
But the fun doesn't stop there as the movie's Instagram account shared a pic spoofing the popular Netflix docu-series Making a Murderer and depicts past and present Zoolander in Making a Modeler. Lolz!
Ch-ch-check out the new ad (above) and take a peek at the clever IG post (below) while we wait for this HIGHLY anticipated sequel to hit theaters February 12!
Another week, another box office record broken by Star War: The Force Awakens!
The space adventure set the bar for the best New Year's Day earnings with $34 million on Friday!
And the rest of the weekend proved just as lucrative — the J.J. Abrams-directed epic made $88.3 million domestically, winning the biggest third weekend at the box office ever!
The Force Awakens now has a domestic total of $740 million, and will most likely become the highest grossing film ever in North America on Tuesday — when it's predicted to beat out the $760 million total set by Avatar!
Hauling in another $770 million from overseas, the seventh installment of the franchise has accumulated $1.51 billion worldwide in just 19 days!
Coming in second place
But the two are pretty great father figures to their kids IRL — unless, of course, they're on the soccer field!
Appearing on The Graham Norton Show, the actors talked about getting a little too swept up in the excitement while attending their kids' soccer games!
Marky Mark admitted that his wife refuses to sit next to him during games, and he was so stressed when his 9-year-old son's team made it to the championship he couldn't eat!
But Ferrell is just as guilty, revealing he briefly turned into his Kicking & Screaming character when he yelled at his son during a game — only to realize he momentarily "lost his mind!"
