Amanda Bynes was arrested early this morning after allegedly hitting a police car while drunk behind the wheel, subsequently booked on DUI charges, and until recently, was stuck behind bars!

Amanda Bynes was ARRESTED in West Hollywood early this morning for driving under the influence!

And this is AFTER she hit a cop car!

WTF!!!!

The 26-year-old actress was attempting to pass a police car when she clipped the side of it. Cops immediately pulled her over and determined that she had been drinking. She was arrested for DUI and was taken into custody!!

Her bail has been set to $5,000, but sources say she's still behind bars!!!

Just last month, we reported that Mz. Bynes had also gotten in trouble with the law when she was pulled over for talking on her cell phone while driving. The girl DROVE OFF before cops could give her a ticket! She did rectify the sitch though, by going down to the police station and picking up the traffic ticket.

What is going on, Amanda??? This isn't the path you wanna go down on!!

Okay, maybe she's not in that much trouble but Amanda Bynes still did a illegal no-no!

An El Lay cop pulled Amanda over for talking on her cell phone while driving. The officer took her information and returned to her car with a ticket, standard procedure, right?

Wrong! Amanda bolted before he could give it to her!

Police didn't chase her down as she wasn't a threat…and she did stop by the station to pick it up later. But, Amanda could still face charges for fleeing the scene.

We hope wherever she had to go in such a hurry was worth it!

Yesterday, we were sent pictures and story claiming that the night before, Liam Hemsworth was spotted getting handsy with Amanda Bynes at Trousdale, before taking her back to his hotel.

However, it turns out the pictures are WAY old. In fact, they're from two years ago, when Liam was so unknown, he was labeled as a "mystery man."

Mystery solved! Ha!
