Good news for her Madgesty!

Reports are surfacing that officials in Malawi are finally going to grant FULL adoption rights to Madonna and her family.

Her Madgesty has been caring for her son David on an 18-month interim custody order that was granted back in 2006.

Madge and her family were recently being monitored at their London home by Malawian social workers to ensure they were suitable parents.

A leaked official document referring to Madonna and Guy Ritchie, states, "Mr. and Mrs. Ritchie have shown a strong commitment in providing the infant with all essential needs like love, safe home environment, care, protection, material as well as emotional support."

It adds that David had "bonded well with the couple and other key members of the household" and that he "continues to develop into a happy thriving toddler. His survival, growth and development is excellent."

The court will hear a full review of the case next week on May 15th.

Madonna is expected to return to Malawi next week to continue her charity work. She will not be required during the hearing though.

An official says, "She will have to come to court to sign the full adoption documents later."

There are still those opposed to the whole adoption, such as the Human Rights Consultative Committee, which as "friends of the court", have decided to challenge the adoption. They are seeking a full review of the interim order granted to Madonna.

Why you gotta be interfering with a baby's happiness???

Not cool!

Yea, that's the way to do it. Take David away from his family and place him back into poverty where he might die of malnutrition or worse!

Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons filed for divorce back in 2006, though claim they had been separated for some time before.

Fast forward over two years later and the divorce case is still ongoing!

According to their legal papers, the couple is splitting due to "irreconcilable differences."

This Tuesday, Simmons filed a response to his former wife's divorce petition in a Los Angeles court.

Simmons is seeking for joint physical and legal custody of his daughters with Kimora. The girls are 8 and 5.

But, in Kimora's divorce filings this March, she requested that Russell get only "reasonable child visitation" and is "to be accompanied at all times by the children's nanny and security personnel."

WTF? Since when does a father need to be accompanied by a nanny AND security?

Unless he's a threat to the child.

Is that what Kimora is suggesting? Why else wouldn't she allow joint or unsupervised custody.

Both Russell and Kimora are also asking the court to deny spousal support for the other.

Things are about to get ugly!

Double the Brange!

It's the case of the dueling magazines, y'all.

For a while now, In Touch Weekly has been reporting that Brad and Ange are having twins. They claim it's a boy and a girl.

Well, now Star magazine is reporting as well that the couple is having twins.

Yay!

The two mags agree on that, but….

A family insider tells Star that Brangelina will be welcoming two GIRLS.

The snitch says, "Brad can't wait — he absolutely adores little girls. And Angelina just loves seeing him and the other kids so excited and happy."

Star is also reporting a dark side to the twin joy story.

Angelina reportedly suffered a terrifying collapse that left her tearful, weak and panic stricken, fearing her fall may have harmed her two unborn babies, according to an insider.

The source recounts, "Angie got out of bed and was halfway across the room when she passed out and fell. Brad heard her hit the floor — hard — and he rushed to her side. She came around pretty quickly, and the medical team that has been traveling with her, a doctor and a nurse, got her back into bed and started checking her vitals."

We hope the medical story is not true.

Though, Santa Angelina does push herself too hard.

Whether it's a boy and a girl or two girls, we just wish Brad and Ange two healthy new additions to their family!

You're in the French Rivera, enjoy it!!!

Angelina Jolie doesn't really know how to just chill and do NOTHING.

The mother of four (and soon to be five or six) always has to keep busy busy busy!

Ange and babydaddy Bradley Pitt just enjoyed a little helicopter ride, and they brought along little Zahara.

Thankfully Jolie wasn't flying a plane this time around!

The couple have also been looking at homes to buy in the area and meeting up with friends, like U2's Bono and The Edge.

Brange are expected to stay in France through the Cannes Film Festival later this month.

She finally sees the sunlight!

While she spends most of her days trapped in that little cellar underneath TomKat's staircase, little Suri Cruise finally came outside the house, Saturday in NYC.

The baby, wrapped in her magical Scientology blanket, looks so ovah this shit.

We find the timing of her reapperance in public quite….convenient.

Tom makes another appearance on Oprah tomorrow, Monday, and Suri makes a cameo towards the end of the show.

We hope this isn't the beginning of a new trend!

The woman pictured above is Angelina Sanchez of Phoenix, AZ.

She's 6 months pregnant.

She was charged in the Mesa-Tempe area of Arizona with two counts of aggravated assault, DUI, hit and run, possession of a stolen vehicle AND felony flight early Friday morning!

WTF is going on with the preggers ladies this week????

That idiot above and that drunk whore from Florida!

Police said Sanchez was seen driving a stolen vehicle and when they attempted to stop her, she bolted, did an illegal U-turn and hit some undercover cops!

Once she was arrested, the cops took her to a local area hospital for evaluation. Police say she showed signs of drug impairment.

Sad!

She better get some help before her baby's born!
