According to the "Tentative Statement of Decision" for Sharon Stone's custody case the actress has, in essence, lost her shit. And, consequently, her adopted 8-year-old son.

It seems that Sharon Stone has been overreacting to son Roan's medical conditions - imagined or otherwise. Sharon Stone sought treatment for a spinal condition that never existed and, even crazier, Sharon Stone suggested Botox injections for foot odor!

OUCH!

It's called wearing socks???

Just blame it on that missing chunk of her brain!

The judge in her case says, "Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother's overreactions is painfully real for this child."

Very real indeed!

And, "if Mother has, in fact, limited her career to make herself available for Roan, she has done little to make this evident to Roan, his school or this Court."

Update:

We're now learning that in a recent modification to the Statement, Stone's ex-husband, Phil Bronstein, has won primary custody of Roan, with Sharon granted one weekend a month, plus Christmas Eve and Day.

Back in July, we told you how Salma Hayek and her babydaddy, French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, called it quits and broke off their engagement.

Well, now it seems like the two are giving love a second chance.

Salma was spotted at the Balenciaga fashion show in Paris on Tuesday morning (above).

And, as her escort was ex-fiance Pinault, who is also the owner of the fashion house.

One insider says the two were "very friendly together, looking happy. They weren't holding hands but were definitely side by side."

So, are they an item again or just some friendly exes?

Last Thursday, Hayek and Pinault shared an afternoon tea together in the gallery of the Plaza-Athénée Hotel.

One eyewitness says "They seemed very comfortable with Valentina playing on the couch between them."

And, just this past Saturday, Pinault took Hayek and Valentina away for a weekend trip outside the city.

Then, after the show today, Hayek and Pinault returned to the hotel, where Valentina was waiting for them in the lobby.

An onlooker says, "She came walking over and kissed Mommy and then she kissed Daddy. It was very sweet."

Maybe seven is a lucky number for Brangelina!

The parents of six are supposedly thinking of adopting one more child!

With newborn twins and 4 under the age of 7 running around, you'd think adding on to the crew would be the last thing they're thinking of!

The two are reportedly not sure at the moment which country they'll want to adopt from.

Sources say some lucky kid from Namibia, where Shiloh was born, might be added to the Brangelina collection.

Or, it could be a little one from Bolivia or Paraguay. Angelina supposedly wants to draw attention to the large number of desperately needy orphaned children in Latin America.

We think they should do Latin America. They don't have a kid from there yet!

We feel sorry for Brangelina. In a few years they're going to have 6 (maybe 7) kids all going through puberty at the same time.

Remember how horrible we all were in our teens?

As of October 1st, soon-to-be mom Rebecca Romijn is going to be on partial bed rest as she's expecting twins with Jerry O'Connell this January.

And, Romijn's co-stars from Ugly Betty are leaking the news that the babies might come even sooner!

Judith Light said Rebecca's "due in January, but she said because they're twins… they might be coming early, maybe December."

Ugly Betty co-star Ana Ortiz agreed, saying "I'm sure they're going to come sooner. She's been off since the end of August taking it easy. I guess we can't say what happens to her, but we had to give her a little baby break."

As for the 35 year-old Romijn, she's doing fine her co-stars say.

She's even received "plenty of advice" from Vanessa Williams.

Williams says, "She's having twin girls, she's well prepared already. She's nesting right now. She can't leave in the next couple months because she has to stay close to home."

She added that Romijn and O'Connell "are going to be the most fun, zany parents in California. The kids are going to be gorgeous. And she's smart, she's talented, she's funny, and she's well grounded. That's what you need to be to be a great mom and raise great kids."

Whenever the kids happen to be born, let's just hope they come out healthy.

We already know they're going to be cute!
