Well THIS is an intriguing development!

We knew there was gossip of Chris Brown's extra flirty charm at Elton John's annual Oscar bash Sunday night, but according to another source — Carmen Electra felt it the most!!

Apparently the boobalicious vixen passed him on his way to the little boys' room when a whiff of her sexiness made its way up his nose.

The source says he then told her she "smells amazing" and proceeded to "ask if he could smell her and then buried his face into her neck!!!"

According to the eyewitness, Carmen cordially thanked him but she seemed to feel a little awkward about the whole situation. And who wouldn't!!

Of course, flirts or not, Breezy was back with Rihanna on Tuesday as they left the Supper Club together.

Just another day in the life of no-boundary relationships!

Simon Cowell might like to vacay with a gaggle of his ex girlfriends, but that doesn’t mean he’s off the market!

It seems the X Factor boss’ fling with Carmen Electra didn’t last long, because Simon recently confirmed that he is no longer tied down!

Cowell recently spilled:

What happens when you combine electronic cigarettes, neon lights, drag queens on leashes, and Carmen Electra?!

Do you guys remember way back in November when the actress stopped rubbing up on Simon Cowell for a moment to reveal that she had recorded her first new single in 13 years, I Like It Loud?!

Well, it appears now that she and The X Factor head honcho are just friends, and thank goodness for that, because we think he'd be asking her for one serious explanation upon seeing all of the antics she gets herself into in this clip!

It wasn't too long ago that the X Factor judge said he and Carmen Electra are people who "just date".

But after a month of basically never being seen together - one brave reporter finally gathered enough courage to ask Carmen the one question everyone in the world wanted to know.

Is she or isn't she dating Simon Cowell?

Electra responded, but we have to warn you - her answer may SHOCK you.

She said:

Simon Cowell’s rumored lady love, Carmen Electra, might’ve been ringing in the New Year in Las Vegas, but he was off in Barbados with not one, but TWO of his exes!

We previously showed you some pics of Simon and his ex-fiancée, Mezhgan Hussainy, jet skiing their hearts out and now, we have them living it up on NYE!

As we mentioned, Si's other ex girlfriend, Sinitta, is on the trip with them, too (below)! Wonder which one he kissed at midnight…???

Carmen Electra enjoyed some "me" time in Vegas and she looked GAWRGEOUS as always!

The actress led a bevvy of stars to the ACT nightclub at the Palazzo where she rang in the New Year with the likes of Glee’s Mark Salling, and other celebs for Carmen to get close to!

All while beau Simon Cowell spent his vacay in Barbados with Rihanna his ex.

Dancing with the Stars vets Derek Hough, Cheryl Burke, Kelly Monaco and Mark Ballas also performed a show at the NYE party so we know everyone had fun party poppin on the Strip!

And instead of letting her hair, Carmen gave us cornrows!

Looks like someone is ready to start off 2013 with some flash! Too FAB!

Well, she's clearly not with rumored beau, Simon Cowell, at the moment, who's been living it up in Barbados!
