Coldplay played around with MacBook Photo Booth effects for their latest live performance of Paradise at the NRJ Awards in Cannes, France on Saturday.

Okay, maybe it was a little more advanced than Photo Booth, but they did have some super cool neon and graffiti backdrops.

They sound sooo good live!

Not only are Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, and Kelly Clarkson performing, but now we know Rihanna is too!!! YES!!!

AMAZEBALLS! This show is going to be off the charts!

The full list of nominees for this year's Brit Awards has been announced and leading the pack with four stellar nods is our favorite ginger, Ed Sheeran. Ed nab recognition for not only his single A Team, but was also nominated as the Best Male Solo Artist, Best Breakthrough Act and Album of the Year with "+"!

Adele wasn't too far behind with three nominations herself, and likewise went for Jessie J. And Florence & The Machine even snuck into two nods, including Album of the Year for Ceremonials.

If the nominee list (see below) has gotten you excited, then the line-up of performers will BLOW YOUR mind. We're talking Take That, Plan B, Rihanna, Tinie Tempah, Mumford & Sons, Adele, Cee Lo Green and Arcade Fire!

HOT DAMN! That's all FIRE!!! The Brits sure know how to put on a show!

We're not surprised. That song is balls to the walls!

What we ARE surprised about though is the fact this is only Coldplay's second number one single in their homeland.

Viva La Vida was their first. We would have though Clocks would have been up there too, but whatevs!

Paradise is number one RIGHT NOW across the pond and deservedly so!

Twinkle, Twinkle, Wembley Arena!

Last night, Coldplay brought all they had to the finale of The X Factor, making a rather marvelous spectacle of their audience in the arena.

The lights! The colors! The way Charlie Brown seamlessly transitioned into Paradise! It's a beautiful thing!

Check out the video (above) to see Chris Martin and Co. get 12,500 people to their feet with this energetic and amazing performance.

It's been nearly three years since they done this, but totally worth the wait!

Coldplay fans, prepare to amend your letters to Santa, because the band has announced this morning they will be going on a North American tour in the new year, hitting every city from New York to Los Angeles!

This follows up the announcement that the band will be airing a special New Year's Eve concert on PBS from their show at Austin City Limits Special. So really, 2012 is gonna be all about Chris Martin and Co. from start to finish. Nice!

Momentous!!!

While a spokesperson for the awards show would only tease the lineup for the BRIT Awards this year, sources are claiming that the HIGHlight of this year's show will be a performance by Coldplay and Rihanna - together!

The two mega acts joined forces on Coldplay's latest album, Mylo Xyloto, to record the duet, Princess of China. As a personal favorite of ours, not only are we happy it is getting some attention, but we're ELATED that its going to be performed LIVE!!!

Other acts rumored for the roster include Kasabian, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Adele.

Adele and RiRi in the same night?! Explosive!!!
