No one noticed until the Comic-Con trailer dropped, complete with a LOT more cheek. After several days of careful inspection (ha!), some keen-eyed fans noticed the change.
In the trailers that hit TV in the U.S. and several other countries, Harley Quinn's shorts were noticeably longer. So were the shorts digitally shortened for the San Diego crowd? Or lengthened in the main trailers for more conservative masses??
Well, now that people are seeing the movie, the popular explanation is

Some trailers totally exceeded expectations — finally seeing Gal Gadot in action as Wonder Woman was everything we hoped it would be!
