The Friends curse strikes again!

Courteney Cox Arquette revealed to TV Guide that there will NOT be a season 3 of her show Dirt on FX.

Season 2 was cut short by the WGA strike.

Did that cause the show to lose momentum…or did it just plain suck????

Maniston's BFF didn't seem down though, according to the report.

Cox and her hubby David are busy developing "all kinds of stuff right now" through their production company.

Oh goody.

The sexually fluid singer is still dating Jennifer Aniston and on Sunday he had to pass the litmus test - meeting her BFF.

The second season of Courtney Cox's FX show, Dirt, premiered on Sunday to dismal ratings.

Dirt averaged 1.7 million total viewers at 10 p.m. Sunday, a 54 percent slide from the 3.7 million who tuned in for the series premiere in January 2007.

Could Courtney be the next victim of the Friends curse?

Courtney Cox has tried her hand at acting, producing and now she can add "designer" her to her resume.

The Dirt star isn't coming out with her own fashion line, but she will be launching her own line of furniture, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com.

Cox hopes to debut her collection later this year.

This makes sense. During the early '90s, when acting gigs were few and far between, Courteney bought a bunch of homes and flipped them. She loves design and is kinda like a female Brad Pitt in that sense.

But will they be selling it at Kmart? Unlikely!
