If this is true, it is absolutely crazy!

Another year, another award show!
The time has come again to see who the best of the best is in television!
But what's better than that is we have the celeb reactions on Twitter!
UPDATE 2:26 PM EST: To add some clarity to the matter, let's talk about context. The context of the line during the show is of Hedwig describing her perfume line she has — that the perfume is for everyone. The 'whatever you are' piece, she actually points to someone in the audience. That is where the confusion is and it is hard to decipher based off that tweet.
One attendee noted on Twitter:
"Tonight, Darren Criss, as HEDWIG said, 'man, woman, moman, wan, Bruce Jenner, whatever you are' and it was very distasteful."
Though his comments were made while playing the character Hedwig — the 28-year-old's since been accused of being transphobic.
This backlash has since inspired the Glee actor to comment on the remark.
We can't tell you how excited we are!
Taye Diggs will be taking over the titular role of Hedwig and the Angry Inch later this year once Darren Criss steps down!
With each passing day, the anticipation builds for the new Hedwig. It only makes it that much more tantalizing that this will be Taye's triumphant return to Broadway after 10 years!
Recently the Private Practice alum talked a bit about his enthusiasm by saying this is the "role of a lifetime."
But now we couldn't be any more fired up as we get our first look at the star in FULL MAKEUP!
Ch-ch-check out the glorious pic (below) for yourself!
That's right guys and gals, he's back!
For the first time in over a decade Taye Diggs will be returning to Broadway as the star in the Tony Award-winning hit Hedwig and the Angry Inch!
On July 19, the current star, Darren Criss, is set to exit the production at which point Diggs will take over headlining. He's officially signed on for a 12-week stint with the show, starring opposite Rebecca Naomi Jones and he'll start July 22, 2015!
The show revolves around a German emigrant, Hedwig, who is the victim of a botched sex-change operation, as she embarks on her journey to find love and stardom. The revival play — which originally opened as an off-Broadway production in 1998 — relaunched last year with Neil Patrick Harris as its star and ended up winning four Tony Awards including Best Revival of a Musical.
Since it launched, it's gone through quite a few actors playing the lead including:
Darren Criss had his opening night as the star of the rock musical Hedwig And The Angry Inch on Wednesday in New York, and he was fantastic!
And as you can see in the pic (above) Darren looked like perfection for the beginning of the limited 12-week engagement run, where he plays the frontman, Hedwig, of an East German rock band who assumes a female persona after a botched sex change operation and breaks down a lot of fourth walls in the play in order to share his story!
Believe it or not though, Mr. Criss was nervous! Following the performance at the Belasco Theatre he tweeted:
We love that she's trying to soak up some trans* culture!
That's because the 19-year-old model was spotted at Hedwig and the Angry Inch in New York on Saturday… but she wasn't alone.
We're hearing that Kendall attended the transgendered-themed musical with her bestie Cara Delevingne and her girlfriend St. Vincent!
O… M… Glee!
Darren shared the first look at his Hedwig And The Angry Inch poster on Twitter on Monday, writing:
That's an understated way to say he glittered the eff up and dragged the eff out! And he looks FABULOUS!
Ch-ch-check out the full poster (above)!
