Nutritionist to the stars, Kimberly Snyder, has worked with some of the finest and fittest celebs around!
She's worked with Channing Tatum, Fergie, Drew Barrymore and more!!
So when A-listers keep coming back to her, you can assume she knows a thing or two about health!
She's got some tips for us, saying:
How does Drew Barrymore have time to go health food shopping for herself and her family??
Not only does she have a newborn, but she was JUST at the Lakers game! Doesn't that take up all her time? She must have super powers!! Ha!
Interestingly enough, Drew also gave a hug to the Whole Foods employee as a thank you for her help — such a sweet gesture. Though, what if that employee had had an aversion to hugs? Or a phobia?
What if hugs had killed her parents when she was a kid??
You never know! LOLz!

If you want to get with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and let's be honest — you do, you should probably become a Laker's fan.
We're not saying he's always at the games or anything, but he's at least at this one, with a beer, looking adorable!
Oh, and Drew Barrymore was there too, but she's married. So if you want to get with her, you're out of luck. No matter how big of a fan you are of the Lakers.
Though, it does look like Drew is pretty distracted by the cheerleaders anyway!

Drew Barrymore has always been in great shape but now that she's got a bun in the oven, she's very aware of what she eats.
She's been sticking to healthy foods while she's preggers but she does allow herself to cheat sometimes, saying:
If you can't beat'em, join'em!
At least, that is what Drew Barrymore figured when she decided to ditch the vegetarian diet she's upheld for 10 years because her boyfriend, Will Kopelman, likes meat.
The actress has been living with the "meat and potatoes" kind of guy for a year and tried to make separate dishes for each other to enjoy together, but finally had to give in and eat meat, as a source explained:
Some real progress. We're so pleased.
Back in 2009, Drew Barrymore took a genuine interest in the plight of young people in Kenya who lack not only proper education, but also clean water to drink. It was then that she developed the Drew Barrymore Education Foundation and has since been doing all she can to help the kids get the tools they need for a better future.
In the time that the foundation was created, Drew has been able to have a borehole installed in one Kenyan village that would provide fresh clean water for an entire village. With the water outlet in place, time was now available to children to attend school, when previously they would be spending hours a day traveling miles to get water for their families and livestock. As the local school in the village saw more children in attendance, Drew reflect back on her own life and how it impacted her decision to help these kids:
“I never went to school myself,” she said. “I was doing a job and didn’t live a kid’s life. I wanted to learn more about why [these kids in Kenya] were so passionate, walking so far and overfilling their classrooms … I know that life can be so absolutely, incredibly difficult,” she says. “I want to explore and become more socially aware.”
We wish more people had that kind of attitude. Perhaps more would be done to help these kids and their families.
Good work, Drew.

"I can apply myself at my job 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. But I can't apply myself to my body more than a couple of hours a week."
