Posh and Her Backup Dancers

a78930817.jpgaa78930817.jpg

Only two women would dare attempt a look as ridiculous as this….Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez.

And Posh pulls it off quite well!

The fashionista glammed it up with the Spice Girls at the Roberto Cavalli menswear show in Milan on Monday.

Cavalli designed the outfits for the ladies' reunion tour.

Madame, you've never looked better!

There's good news and there's bad news.

The good news?

The Spice Girls are adding more concerts in America, PerezHilton.com can exclusively reveal.

The bad news?

No word on whether or not they will be adding shows elsewhere.

Hop Her Up On Pills!

Emma Bunton's foot injury at a concert in Las Vegas on Tuesday is throwing a wrench into the Spice Girls comeback plans.

The ladies posed for photos at London's Heathrow airport on Thursday as they christened the opening of the new Virgin Atlantic terminal.

Bunton was pushed away from Heathrow in a wheelchair.

Her injured ankle has forced the band to pull out of a TV performance. The Spice Girls were due to appear on the BBC reality show Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday - ahead of their first performance at London's O2 Arena the same night - but they have cancelled now.

It's unknown if Baby will recover in time to perform on Saturday, the first night of the band's 17 evening stint in London.

Bunton is expected to see a doctor on Friday to reassess the situation.

It's nothing a little vodka and a lot of vicodin can't fix!

Geri In Tears!

Click here for a sneak peek at the delicious new Spice Girls documentary, Giving You Everything.

An emotional Geri breaks down in tears. A blunt Melanie C. says "she could have really fucked things up for us" of Halliwell's departure. And the other ladies are about as raw and candid as we've ever seen them.

A must-watch!

Hazardous To Your Health

She fell!

We were alarmed when we saw Emma Bunton on crutches yesterday, and now PerezHilton.com has learned the cause of her injury.

The Brit fell during the Spice Girls concert in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

"During the last song they sang - right when they were about to leave - they were walking back to the main stage and Baby Spice fell on the stairs," a concertgoer tells us. "The other girls helped her get up and walked to their positions before disapearing from the stage."

Hope she's fine.

What Happened To Baby????

wenn1698979.jpgwenn1698983.jpgwenn1698969.jpg

Emma Bunton joined her fellow Spice Girls Wednesday night at Los Angeles International Airport for a photo op….on crutches!

The ladies were there to christen the new "Spice One" Virgin Atlantic plane.

We hope Baby's injury isn't too serious and won't impede her performance in any of the reunion shows.

Luckily for her, she has a few days to rest up between shows.

The Spice Girls are set to kick off their massive SEVENTEEN night run in London this Saturday!

It should be magical to be back home.
