We love fringe. We love gold. And we love Emmy Rossum.

But do we love all these things together?

At first, we weren't sure. We thought: Too much fringe and gold, not enough Emmy.

But then we stared, and stared some more. We even zoomed into the pic and noted all the intricate beading, and we finally decided that this gold Naeem Khan Resort flapper dress that the actress wore to the Jeffrey Fashion Cares 10th Anniversary Celebration in NYC on Tuesday was actually pretty hot.

What was even hotter was Emmy's sleek ponytail and impeccable makeup!

Plus, this was so much better than her last flirtation with gold.

An all-around successful look!

There’s nothing like upstaging the actors, right?!

After singing the National Anthem at the New York Mets game, Emmy Rossum did a quick wardrobe change and headed over to the Lucky Guy opening night on Broadway.

Sticking with the blue theme of the day, the actress wore a shimmering Temperley London dress which made her look like a princess!

Keeping with the princess, Emmy added some Cinderella-worthy Rupert Sanderson crystal-heeled pumps and took out of couple of unnecessary extensions.

All that's missing is a crown!

Out of all this things in her closet, THIS is what she chose to wear?!

Emmy Rossum may have nailed the National Anthem at the New York Mets opening day, but we can't say the same about her style.

The Shameless actress hit the field in a not so take me out to the ball game-friendly cobalt blue Rebecca Taylor frayed tweed dress with leather sleeves and Rupert Sanderson sandals.

Even worse than the strike out of a dress were Emmy's curly extensions. It's like her hairstylist clipped them in and sent her on her way.

Sigh. We know you can do better, Emmy. We're just waiting for you to prove it!

Does drinking coffee before a workout mean that Emmy Rossum goes extra hard at the gym???

The Poseidon actress was spotted making her way to an El Lay fitness center yesterday, but before she started exercising, she threw back a caffeinated beverage.

Peeping at how gorgeous and happy Miz Rossum appeared to be, we can tell that she was enjoying her day because her smile was just as bright as her neon yellow Reebok sneakers.

It's nice to see Emmy in good spirits because we're sure after she worked out, she had a natural high!!

It's not her week.

Emmy Rossum proved that not everything that glitters is golden Wednesday night at the 21st Annual 'A Night At Sardi's' Gala in Beverly Hills.

The Shameless star looked great from her neck to her ankles in a gold sequin Tory Burch dress, but everything else was a metallic mess.

Emmy's matching Jimmy Choo lace-up sandals were too heavy for the frock and her overly bronzed lids and Barbie pink lip only made things worse.

This is a textbook case of how the wrong makeup and accessories can kill an entire look, which is unfortch because we really do like her dress and retro curly bob.

Fingers crossed that Emmy nails it at her next outing!

Emmy Rossum brought it on down to Ivyville last night at Justin Timberlake's 20/20 Experience album release party in the City of Angels.

Channeling poison ivy, the Shameless señorita arrived at the El Rey Theatre wearing a Topshop dress crawling with vines that really had us itching!

Our biggest complaint about Emmy's dress is that it feels matronly. You're at one of the hippest party in town with Justin Timberlake! You're supposed to bring Sexy Back, not mimic a trellis!

Also, we're not feeling how she matched her green eyeshadow with her dress. It's just too much.

Do U like Emmy's ensem or do you wish she looked into some Mirrors before leaving the house???

Emmy Rossum and her date looked as happy as they could be leaving the Lakers game — but it's probably more because they got a little action than it was that they saw some basketball!

That's right, the couple was seen KISSING in front of the whole crowd!!

Ah, we love seeing new love!
