Newly single star, Eva Longoria, looked ANYTHING but desperate as she spent all week celebrating her birthday out on the town in El Lay!!

The actress, who recently split from Eduardo Cruz, turned 27 37 yesterday and is reportedly doing okay while on the rebound.

While on the set for Desperate Housewives, Eva Longoria injured her foot in the most surprising way:

Dancing!

She tweeted a photo (above) and an explanation shortly after, saying:

"Resting on set putting ice on foot, hurt it dancing on set."

She didn't go into any more detail, so we're not sure what kind of crazy moves she was trying to pull off and if the dancing was even in a scene or she was just in a grooooovy mood.

OR if she is practicing for the NEXT season of Dancing With The Stars! Hey, she's going to be out of a job in like a month. Don't knock it!

During Nicollette Sheridan's testimony in court today for her multi-million dollar wrongful termination lawsuit for being fired from Desperate Housewives, she discussed openly the HOrrific claim that series creator Marc Cherry hit her for suggesting new lines while filming a scene!

Apparently, Nicollette Sheridan has not only burned bridges, she NUKED them!

The witness list for Nicollette vs. Marc Cherry trial has been released and it will have Desperate Housewivers Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, James Denton, Marcia Cross and Neal McDonough.

All the former DH alums will testify on behalf of their old boss!

Nicollette's former cast-mates will state that they never saw Cherry hit her nor witnessed any retaliation after she went to ABC's head honchos.

Eva and the gang will testify for 30 minutes or less while Nicollette wants to hammer at Cherry for EIGHT HOURS!

Nicollette's chances just took a severe nose dive.
