Excellent! We like the sound of this!

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is reportedly ready to relaunch her music career as a solo artist once again, and this time is attempting to do it on her own label!

A source reveals:

"Geri is back in the studio. She wants to release a solo album next summer. Her masterplan is to start off with a cover reworked as a huge dance track. She is recording a handful of them now. She is out of a record deal so she has decided to do it and fund it herself. She considered taking it to a label but thought the way her fellow Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm played her solo career was a better idea - pulling it together herself. Geri also has a girlband she is working with, who she thinks could cut it. She thought it would be wise to sign them on her own and get the cash for herself. She has been texting all of her friends - including Victoria and David Beckham - asking for their favorite tracks for her to record."

Her solo material has been arguably the most successful out of all the girls thus far, so we think that she's smart to try and keep creative control and do it all on her own!

And we LOVE that she's been asking Victoria for her input! It's great that they're all so close!

The 12-year-olds inside all of us are bursting with excitement!

Details about the upcoming Spice Girls’ musical, Viva Forever, have been released, and it looks like an awesome project!

Viva Forever will be a musical about a reality TV show, and while it won’t feature any characters with the the same names as the Spice Girls, it will reflect their sensibilities and feature 14 of the group’s songs.

Producer Judy Craymer, who was behind the stage production of Mamma Mia!, explained the concept:

"We live in a world dominated by people wanting to be famous. What the Spice Girls did was before those shows became really what they are, and before the world become slightly obsessed by such shows. Viva Forever will encompass the Spice Girls ethos of friendship, identity and being true to yourself, it won't be a tribute or bio show, nor will it feature characters with any of the names of the famous five piece."

Judy Craymer added: "It has a glimpse of the underbelly of TV talent shows, an invented show, and a little bit of comedy romance."

All five Spice Girls met at the end of last year to discuss the project. "All five of us are really super excited. We don't do anything unless all five agree,” said Mel B. “All of us loved Mamma Mia!. We needed someone who would have a great vision alongside ours."

The book will be written by Ab Fab star Jennifer Saunders, so we KNOW it'll be amazing.

Aaaah! We need some more spice in our life!

Geri Halliwell is putting together a new girl group that will "combine the energy and drive of the Spice Girls."

According to a source, she's being keeping it on the downlow, but THANKFULLY, "she has told the other girls and they are very supportive."

"Geri has already introduced the band to some key music executives and quite a few of the labels have already taken a keen interest. She believes the time is right for another girl band to take over the world."

We couldn't agree more!!

Apparently Emma Bunton revealed that a new Spice Girls movie is coming our way!

The film will be formatted similar to Mamma Mia! using their songs as a soundtrack and is set to hit screens in 2011, produced by the same team who they signed with for the West End musical, Viva Forever.

It probably isn't true, but we really, REALLY hope it is!

Yesterday, Spice Girl Geri Halliwell supposedly had a huge blow-out with her BF Henry Beckwith. Reports say the Geri let Henry have it when she caught him checking out another woman while they were supposed to be enjoying each other on the sandy beaches of St. Tropez.

Witnesses claim that all hell broke loose when an attractive lady walked passed Geri and Henry on the beach. Henry craned his neck to get a better looksie and Geri busted some girl power on him. Sources say he tried to apologize, but Geri looked "enraged" and there was no coming back from it.

Got to be careful with your wandering eye, bb! You just might have yourself wandering away with no more girlfriend.

Well, this wasn't a good way to start things…

Geri Halliwell wasn't impressing anybody yesterday as she made her debut appearance as a guest judge on X Factor.

The audience booed her throughout the entire show, with some even saying she was "awful" and her comments didn't "make sense."

After she refused to put a crowd favorite through the auditions round, the audience really turned on her, chanting for the return of Dannii Minogue who's currently on maternity leave.

Things got so bad, Geri even stormed off stage!

Poor girl! We hope she has better luck in the future!

And perhaps somewhat regal!

Tomorrow, the first round of auditions will kick off for The X Factor in Glasgow. On the the judging panel will sit regulars Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh.

However, they won't be alone! Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell will be joining them to judge the contestants, filling in for Danii Minogue!

Fun!!!

But Geri isn't the only big named celeb to be joining the show in auditions.

Rumors are circulating that none other than Prince might be creeping out of seclusion to pass judgement on those far less talented than him!

That would be a RARE treat! We're not holding our breath though!

How are you? I’m really good, if you wanna see me being interrogated by Piers Morgan check me out on ITV1… on Saturday night. Yes I will admit I do cry, it could have been a massive blub - but I manage to contain it…!

I was away last week and ended up skiing down a black run which was so much fun, if a little scary.

And guess what, I’m back in the studio…. which I’m really enjoying. So I’ve been playing lots of music in the house which Bluebell and I have been dancing around to. I have discovered that Bluebell loves Lady GaGa! Great taste huh?

So the other day my mother is bathing Bluebell and is trying to persuade her to wash her hair, or she’d get ‘fleas’ and my 3 year old daughter replied to her Nana “I’m rather suspicious of the crap coming out of your mouth!”

Omg - where did she learn that!??? Ooooh dear!!
