According to photogs present (and by present, we mean hiding in the bushes) at the Costa Rica nuptials of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, there were more than vows exchanged - there were bullets!

And now, there's a lawsuit!

The couple's bodyguards went above and beyond their call of duty when the team discovered nearby paparazzi, who claim they received clearance to shoot from a neighboring property. One of the guards didn't buy the story and demanded the camera and memory cards to ensure no pictures would be used.

One photographer "managed to run off and escape" but the other claims he was held captive, "grabbed by the bodyguard, his arm twisted behind him and immobilized."

He said that he was finally allowed back in his SUV to pick up the other pap, but security insisted the two head to the Bundchen residence for further discussion.

The legal documents state that as the men tried to speed away from security, "the Brady/Bundchen bodyguards opened fire with pistols." Supposedly, the bullets shattered the rear window of their vehicle and barely missed their heads.

Brady and Bundchen are being sued for negligence in hiring and training the bodyguards and allowed to "discharge firearms with intent to kill or wound."

The cost of being almost murdered?

$1 million in damages!

Not only is Gisele one of the most beautiful woman in the world, but now she soars above all else - literally!

Pregnant Gisele Bundchen is in the process of getting her pilot's license. The supermodel has recently been seen at the controls of several helicopters while training at the Marshfield Airport in Massachusetts.

And it ain't cheap!

She'll need 65 hours of flight time to get her license, costing about $225 per hour!

Hope that's okay while preggers!

The National Enquirer is reporting that Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are expecting a son and have apparently even chosen the name already!

The couple is said to be leaning towards the name Gabriel because of its significance to Gisele.

One of Gisele's 5 sisters is named Gabriela and one of her good friends is Brazilian singer-songwriter Gabriel Guerra, who wrote a song for her called Tribute to Gisele.

The name Gabriel is also connected to Gisele's Roman Catholic roots as Gabriel was an archangel in the Bible.

This will be the second son for Tom Brady who already has a 2-year-old son, John Edward Thomas, with ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan.

Tom must dig "regular" names for his celebuspawn.

It took them long enough!!!!

After much, much, MUCH speculation, Tom Brady has finally confirmed that he and wife Gisele Bundchen are expecting!

Brady shared the news with SportsCenter's Chris Berman, for an interview scheduled to air on ESPN Sunday.

He says that Gisele's due date is in December, and has warned the supermodel turned expecting mama about giving birth during the football season!

"I told her… no Sundays," Tom joked with Berman.

Aww.

InTouch Weekly is reporting that Gisele Bündchen has decided to move to the Boston area so she can be closer to her hubby, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

With a baby on the way, we think that is wise.

A friend told the mag: “Tom was injured last season, so he spent time in LA to be near his son, John (with ex Bridget Moynahan). Now, he’s playing again — and he and Gisele will be near his family in Boston.”

But the trek cross country may not be the only big change for Gisele.

It was also suggest that the 29 year old model maybe giving up her lucrative modeling career to care for the newborn. At least, she is considering it.

No need to give it up, hun! How old is Claudia Schiffer and she still models?! And she's had kids too!

It's all those hormones making you nervous. You'll be back in a bikini looking seksi for the cameras in no time!

Working while preggers! 

Gisele Bundchen is adding London Fog onto her long list of ad campaigns.

The mommy-to-be posed for the campaign, shot by Nino Munoz, only a few weeks ago but the brand decided to photoshop her baby bump so she appeared more svelte when modeling their merch.

Dari Marder, the Chief Marketing Officer for London Fog says that, "although Gisele was photographed while pregnant, most of the shots have been retouched to respect her privacy during this wonderful and personal time in her life."

So much for privacy! Gisele hasn't even confirmed herself that she is sperminated!

At least she looks hawt!
