Holly Madison opens up to Life & Style about her insecurities, plastic surgery and how living in the Mansion with Hef damaged her self esteem.
Here are some HIGHlights:
On her body before surgery:
"I always stuffed my bra. In fact, I had a boyfriend for years, and we moved so slowly. We didn't have sex for a long time because I had to gradually bring down my bra size so he wouldn't find out I stuffed my bra!"
On confidence:
"Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls… You have to look a certain way at the mansion. If you look at Hef's girlfriend now, she basically looks like a clone of me. It's kind of weird."
On plastic surgery:
"When I was younger, I was the first person in my class to start getting boobs, so I thought I was going to be huge. But I stopped growing before everybody else started. That was a big letdown… I compared myself to those [Playboy playmates]. I knew what I wanted to look like and was kind of disappointed. I had a butt and no boobs."
On reason for going under the knife:
"Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today… My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed. I was definitely happy with the results. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way."
On nips and tucks in the future:
"I wouldn't consider more surgery - unless my body implodes after I have kids! And I'm scared of getting stuff [like Botox] put into my face. It makes you look like you have a rubber mask on. Beauty is truly on the inside. Looks don't define you - they're just a tool to get what you want."
The girl who got her nose and tittays done is telling us that "looks don't define you."
Riiiiiiiiiiight!
At least she had a grandpa boyfriend who loved her for her fake rack true self!

Sin City's biggest douche, disillusionist Criss Angel, and former Girl Next Door Holly Madison are back together.
Ugh!
The pair reconnected when Madison moved from El Lay to Vegas recently to star in the topless revue Peep Show at Planet Hollywood.
“Holly still had feelings for Criss, so around mid-June she gave him a call,” says a source. “She was thrilled when he asked to meet for drinks. They’ve seen each other a few times since!”
This is unfortunate for Holly!!!
She can do better! SOOOOooooo much better!
Update: Holly herself just Tweeted us to say, "Criss and i r not back together . . lol!"
Thank God!!!!

Holly Madison is hitting the hottest stage in Sin City: Peepshow.
The Girl Next Door will be replacing Kelly Monaco in the sultry revue with a three month contract. Like the Dancing alum before her, Holly intends to stay mostly covered up for the show and is thrilled to be apart of the experience: "I feel like this is perfect for me…I've always wanted to be in a really classy, sexy burlesque show."
The show is super fun, but….
Hopefully Holly's acting isn't as bad as her dancing!!!

You didn't think the reporter Holly Madison trashed on her blog yesterday would keep quiet, did you???
Alicia Jacobs, the Las Vegas TV personality on the other side of Madison's back-handed insults regarding an interview Jacobs conducted with the famous blondie has stepped up to plate!
On her own blog, Alicia writes:
"It’s not my style to engage in this kind of repartee. I do not believe in tearing down anyone in order to further my career. I treat everyone with complete respect & that was not shown to me from Holly, as is evident in her very unkind words.
Obviously, Holly & I are very different people, who have chosen very different paths in life. She has made a "career" out of dissing other women to get to the top. My body of work speaks for itself.
It is my job to report on entertainment & inform my viewers. I do so with my on-air segments, via my blog, & on Twitter. Holly Madison was honestly not a very good interview, I was stating a fact. It was not a personal attack.
Perhaps it was just a very emotional day for her, or perhaps it was her inexperience, (her publicist later explained that she is not quite as media-savvy as most of his other clients). My comments were meant to inform & promote the upcoming Hugh Hefner story—mission definitely accomplished.
Once again, I wish Holly luck with her future & her career."
Meow!
Keep the claws to yourselves, ladies!

We all know former Girls Next Door star Holly Madison loves getting attention from - fans and the media alike.
And, as she does often, she took to her official blog to write about a particular incident that took place this weekend.
Seems like there was a bit of drama going down between Holly and a local reporter in Las Vegas, Alicia Jacobs, also a former girlfriend of Criss Angel.
Holly writes:
Vegas Pool Party . . . and a shady character . . lol!
I just threw a pool party for Hef and his new girls on Saturday for Season 6 of Girls Next Door . . . it was totally fun and everybody had a blast. Bridget and Kendra were there as well.
There was a ton of press there. I love the local Vegas press that I have had a chance to work with in the past . . . like the people in Vegas in general they are totally fun and don't take themselves too seriously. Well, most of them, anyway.
Amidst all the madness was an older but attractive female television reporter wearing a casual but totally cute green, brown and white dress. I complemented her on her outfit and told her it was the perfect choice for a pool party. It was windy and chilly, but, hey, I was trying to sport the next-to-nothing bikini and denim skirt, so I had to give her props for the perfect summer dress.
I was warned that she was the only interviewer who wanted to ask me a question about one of my ex-boyfriends (no-not Hef) but it wasn't a concern of mine, because this ex is someone I am friends with and have nothing but good feelings and admiration for and i only have good things to say about him. I thought our interview went well. I anticipated the interview to be a light piece of no particular consequence . . . after all, the interviewer had what appeared to be a personal assistant carrying her pocket dog around . . . . sounds like a Girls Next Door fan, right?
Next thing I know, I receive a call from a columnist who heard I slammed the aforementioned reporter's dress. I was completely surprised, because I remember the instance and told the columnist that I had sincerely meant to complement her dress.
The columnist then tells me that the reporter I supposedly insulted used to date my ex-boyfriend, which made me laugh, because said ex-boyfriend has dated some of the most beautiful, famous women in the world (no, I am NOT including myself in that catagory . . . I am talking about other people . . . lol) so it would have NEVER occurred to me that the reporter was in said company (how I made it in, I am still trying to figure out, jk).
So after I have nothing but nice things to say about the ex-boyfriend, she takes to Twitter, calling me a "bad interview" (totally subject to opinion, but I wouldn't think so . . . I answered every question she gave me without hesitation) with "strange pink hair extensions" (I guess the last one is fair. Older people might think pink hair extensions are weird.)
She also proceeds to say I was not so sweet to her . . . . come on, why would anyone, who has been on a tv show and doing press for the last 4 years invite press to a party they are throwing to not be nice to them? We are all trying to work together, here. Frankly, I think it's a case of someone desperate for ratings trying to start a bunch of gossip to get her name in the papers.
Sounds catty!
What do U think of the incident and who's being the most immature of the two?

This has been one crazy season for everyone on the set of ABC's Dancing with the Stars!
First, Jewel and Access Hollywood hostess Nancy O'Dell had to drop out of the competition before it even started due to injuries.
Then, Steve-O suffered a fall after the show started and injured himself.
Even Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and actor Gilles Marini have all suffered injuries during rehearsals.
Oh, and who can forget poor Shawn Johnson's crazy-ass stalker coming after her?
Well, now there's something new to add to this year's list of freakiness!
Former Girl Next Door, Holly Madison, has just suffered a rib injury during rehearsals!
Her publicist says Holly first hurt herself while training for last week's routine.
He says, "After experiencing pain in her rib area, Holly received medical attention. While she is not suffering from a broken rib, she does continue to feel a great deal of discomfort and was prescribed pain medication. She is committed to the show and her partner Dmitry and will rest when she can. She fully hopes and, at this time, expects to dance on Monday."
At this rate, the person who can avoid injury seems most likely to win!

From one reality show to another!
Former Girls Next Door bunny Holly Madison might be part of this upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars, starting NEXT WEEK!
If the still-injured Jewel is not healthy enough to compete, snitches say Holly is ready to jump in and take her spot.
Holly would definitely have the hetero male vote cornered!
P.S. Jewel, get well. SOON!

Guys, the greatest tragedy of our time has occurred!
Holly Madison and Criss Angel have called it quits after a passionate 4 months together.
The split was mutual and the result of "a conflict of schedules."
The most genuine romance ever started in October after Holly broke up with Hugh Hefner. Holly moved in with Criss in December. Despite no outward signs of trouble in paradise, the couple have called it off and Holly has since moved back in with family in Los Angeles.
Apparently, "It was a tough decision for her to make and come back to L.A. and pursue her career. She still has very intense feelings for him."
Better luck next time!

Holly Madison wants to get one thing straight!
So, Hugh Hefner's former #1 has just taken to her official blog, of course.
Says the blonde:
Annoying!!!!
So it's out on the gossip sites that I quit my job at Playboy, which is true. I quit for several reasons: 1. I moved to Vegas and that job doesn't pay enough to make a commute worthwhile ( I never cared about the salary when I got the job-I made my money doing Girls Next Door and I just did the job because I loved it.) 2. After two years of it, I no longer found it challenging. It got to be routine, which was sad for me, since I was initially so passionate about the job and the creative aspects involved. 3. It was awkward. Not that anyone tried to make it awkward or didn't treat me fairly . . . it just was.
It annoys me when people call the job fake as if it was just a set up for the show. If I had wanted a fake career for Girls Next Door I would have stuck with the jewelry line because that required very little of my time. I spent way more than full time directing shoots, editing, making mock layouts and approving retouching.
So as you can imagine, when one is trying to move on with their life, it isn't beneficial to spend so much time on something that doesn't pay much and sadly enough is no longer rewarding to you.
But I loved my job while I had it, appreciate the opportunity and the experience greatly and wish whoever takes my place the best.
Love-Holly
And there you have it!
She's a hard worker, y'all.
And, apparently, she (foolishly?) is so in love with Criss Angel that she's uprooted her life for him and moved to Vegas, where he's based out of.
Bad idea!
