Jim Carrey is not going down without a fight!
As we previously reported, the comedian has been slapped with two wrongful death lawsuits over the suicide of his former girlfriend Cathronia White. Both Miz White's mother Brigid Sweetman and estranged husband Mark Burton have accused The Mask star of giving Cathronia sexually transmitted diseases and providing the drugs she used to end her life.

While Sweetman has submitted the A-lister's alleged STD test as evidence, the 54-year-old defended in court documents that these claims are "irrelevant" to the case since White herself had accused Jim of giving her a sexually transmitted disease two years BEFORE her suicide. Carrey also asked the judge to strike any mention of his alleged STDs from court records, as well as accusations he reneged on paying for funeral costs and that he owned a private jet.
In fact, the funny man accuses Brigid of making these claims in order to force his hand and settle out of embarrassment!
The December 19 filing obtained by DailyMail stated:
Back when we found out Neil Patrick Harris would be playing the diabolical Count Olaf in Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events, we couldn't help but wonder how the actor would compare to Jim Carrey.
Carrey already slayed the role in the 2004 dark comedy with his cartoonishly evil portrayal, which set the expectations high for NPH's incarnation of the malevolent caretaker.

But after watching the first teaser that features the How I Met Your Mother star in character, we can at least say he TOTALLY looks the part!
In the new clip, we finally get a better look at Count Olaf as he meets the Baudelaire children — and just like the eerie mansion he lives in, Harris's Olaf looks exactly like his evil predecessor! (Those eyebrows tho!)
Ch-ch-check out the teaser (below) to compare for yourself — and catch A Series of Unfortunate Events streaming on Netflix on January 13, 2017!
Jim Carrey must be so proud!

In the pic (above), the Hello artist transformed into the funny man's famous character from The Mask. Not only did the A-lister rock some seriously convincing prosthetics, but she also donned an almost exact replica of Carrey's suit from the popular flick. HIGHlarious!
The British songstress was clearly loving her getup as she took to IG again and posted:
