Kate Gosselin is one very fit lady!

So how does she do it? What got her that way??

Was it just great genes? Or something more… like tons of hard work perhaps?

When Kate Gosselin was dissed by her partner from DWTS, Tony Dovolani, she took the high ground when responding to his comments.

He said:

"I remember watching her dance, I'm still traumatized by that experience."

He then continued to say that after they were eliminated he needed a "lot of therapy."

Well she wouldn't let him get to her, because

Kate Plus Eight star, Kate Gosselin, stepped out solo in the city of Brotherly Love on Saturday night for a good cause.

The busy mom took a break from parenting to attend The American Red Cross Red Ball Gala at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia!

The evening of celebration, collaboration and charity benefited the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the disaster relief organization. The event not only featured the best food in the city, but attractions like an indoor carousel and a fortune teller, which Kate happily took advantage of!

Kate Gosselin, famous for having 8 babies and kind of taking care of them on television, finished her first ever marathon in Vegas in 4 hours, 59 minutes and 21 seconds.

Here's what she said about it:

One of Kate Gosselin's key to keeping her fabulous figure is jogging and is often seen on 10 mile runs near her Reading, Pennsylvania home.

That's a LONG run, so what keeps her moving throughout her mini marathons?

The mother of 8 shared with fans over Twitter on Thursday that she loves to think and listen to "running music", tweeting:

"I solve problems,make plans &dream..I listen2 running music, Rihanna,pink,lady gaga etc..sumXs I focus on 1 foot in front of other."

We're sure Rihanna, Pink, and Lady GaGa are happy to have one of the world's most famous mom's as a fan!

Do Kate a favor and please don't stop the music, ladies!

And maybe some competition for reality mommy Kate Gosselin!

Stacey Carey and her husband, Brendan, welcome six children — Emma, Samantha, Olivia, John, Patrick, and Connor — into the world last week in Abington, Pennsylvania.

In order to succesfully give birth to the three boys and three girls, 60 people were required during the delivery!

The family, who already had a 16-month-old daughter, is now "complete" at 9 bodies. They don't have their own reality show yet, but they made it on the news!

The six infants were conceived with the help of a fertility specialist and delivered through a cesarean section at just 27 weeks, but unfortunately are all still in critical condition.

We hope the hospital staff is able to avoid any complications while caring for the newborns and wish the Carey family the best of luck in the future!

Um, she has an AMAZING body!

Kate Gosselin and her 8 kids took a break by the pool in Australia, the location where Kate Plus 8 will be filmed.

All we know is that she should be wearing that bikini all day, everywhere she goes! LOL!
