Diddy can now Diddy Bop all the way to the bank!!!

Last Wednesday, a judge thew out a lawsuit that focused on the hip-hop mogul's women's fragrance, Empress, over claims that he snatched up a trademark from Empress Haircare Products.

The company filed the suit against Diddy in January, arguing

Dark colors are flattering, especially when you have a bod like Kelly Rowland's!

The gorgeous singer clocked in some glam time in Sydney on Tuesday at the David Jones Spring/Summer 2012-2013 season launch event looking like a reinvented foxy Pam Grier.

Kelly rocked a sleek tight-fitting navy blue Victoria Beckham Collection dress with black panels and classic Christian Louboutin pumps.

To finish off her sly look, Kelly let her tresses loose and painted her pout bright red.

Miz Rowland is currently down under mentoring contestants on, Everybody Dance Now, but if she dresses like this all the time, they're going to ask her for fashion tips instead of dance.

Even with her gig on The X Factor and her fourth solo album dropping soon, Kelly Rowland still managed to dazzle on the cover of Vegas' 2012 summer issue!

The singer was shot by Robert Ascroft wearing nothing but glamourous digs! Rowland rocked the heck out of a Dolce & Gabbana bodysuit with H. Stern jewels and Giuseppe Zanotti kicks!

The show-stopping diva completed her look with too-hot-to-handle curly locks and a to die for physique!

We can hardly keep our jaws from hitting the floor! Werk it out guuurl!

Kelly Rowland brought drama to the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards red carpet - but in a good way!

She wore a long black gown by British designer Maria Grachvogel with a showstopping white flower pattern and red accents on the back.

Kelly looked absolutely stunning as she accepted the award for TV Personality of the Year for her season on X Factor UK Tuesday night.

Too bad she won't be back next season!
