Absolutely disgusting, and what's even worse is how commonplace this is in the industry.

Lisa Rinna recently revealed that when she was starting out in Hollywood, she was put in an absolutely horrible position by a producer while auditioning for an unnamed TV show!

She explains:

"I lost a role on a BIG TV series because I wouldn't bend over a chair in a producers office for 'just a quickie.' 'Just pull your panties down and bend over and the role is yours,' he said to me."

Rinna, who was 24 at the time, walked away from the role and apparently has refused to out deplorable producer in question, but according to a friend, the actress ran into the scumbag while she was on Melrose Place, and when he stopped to congratulate her, she told him, "I know everyone in this town and if you ever do what you did to me again to anyone else I will tell everyone your dirty secret."

Good! We give her a lot of credit for standing up to him the way that she did!

It's awful to think that so many people would exploit the position of power that they're in and use it to take advantage of young people, desperate for their big break!

Hopefully this unrevealed man took her warning to heart, and works with a little more integrity now!

Lisa Rinna said of Kate Hudson's rumored boob job, "I think everyone needs to do whatever they need to do to make themselves feel good. And it's nobody's business!"

When asked why everyone is so obsessed with plastic surgery these days, Lisa responded:

"I couldn't tell you. I have no comment to that."

Seriously?! You LOOK like you'd be the authority on that!

CBS is attempting to pitch a knock-off version of The View, only with a group of has-beens better suited for promotional appearances at their local Walgreen's !

That's right, the network has apparently recruited Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Lisa Rinna, and that awful hack Bethenny Frankel to dish their useless, desperate opinions on anything and everything under the sun!

BARF.

A source says:

"It's a daytime panel show to take on 'The View,' targeted at women with children and hosted by celebrities, journalists and regular moms. A pilot will be shot in early May."

Yeah. Good luck with this one, CBS.

Congrats are in order for Lisa Rinna and her hubby, Harry Hamlin.

The two are celebrating their 13th wedding anniversary. And in Hollywood, being married 13 years is huge.

Lisa and Harry were spotted yesterday looking all glamorous while out to dinner at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles to celebrate.

Judging by the photos, we're assuming it was a bit nipply in the restaurant, right Lisa?

But as long as neither of them pulls a Tiger Woods or Jesse James, we hope their marriage lasts a long time.

Lisa Rinna says she will no longer be discussing her or anyone else's choices regarding plastic surgery after the backlash she received from bashing Heidi Montag.

While an event in Hollywood on Sunday, she told a reporter who asked her about plastic surgery:

"I am no longer speaking on that subject ever again. And that's all I have to say."

Yeah, for now. But you can't teach an old dog new tricks, and your only trick to stay relevant is to talk about your plumped lips and Juvederm fillers. You'll be back to blabbing about Botox in no time.

Lisa Rinna gave us a serious case of the LOLZ the other day when she slammed the Real Heidi Doll's plastic surgery procedures - DESPITE having had quite the hodge podge of work done herself.

Today, the has-been actress tweeted an apology for the apparent 'misunderstanding.'

"I apologize to Miss Montag if my words were taken and used against her in the press. I did not slam her or her surgeries for the record."

Then what exactly did you say, Lisa?? Sounds like you're just back pedaling because you realized what a moronic hypocrite you were!

It is not Lisa Rinna!

And yet, she decided to open up her plumped and pinched lips to admit to ripping off Heidi Montag's reveal cover on People Magazine after all her plastic surgery. Lisa insists she did it for her two, young girls as the message Heidi was sending having all that plastic surgery was "not appropriate" for her children. She added, “I mean, you know – to each his own, is all I will say.”

So, just so we are clear, your daughters can't look at magazine covers of women who have had plastic surgery, but you are allowed to walk around your house with your Juvederm, breast implants, Botox, and lip-plumping?

Look at the silicone boob calling the saline one fake?!
