Former Dawson's Show-Runner Trash Talks Katie Holmes!!

dawsonscreek21.jpg

When Californication creator Tom Kapinos first moved to Los Angeles, he had to work his way up from the bottom like the rest of us.

Along the way to Californication, Kapinos worked as the show runner (head honcho) on Dawson's Creek.

Yes, the now-classic WB series featuring Xenu-bot Katie Holmes, Michelle Williams, Joshua Jackson and James Van Der Beek.

And of course, Kapinos had dirt to dish.

Just the way we like it!

The Californication creator called his experience on Dawson's "miserable" and a "four-year boot camp," and Kapinos by no means kept mum when the moderator asked him, "What was it specifically that made it such a challenge?"

His answer?

"It was the four monstrous actors at the core of it."

Ha!

Kapinos continued: "They were very young, and they got very famous, and they made life miserable for any writer or producer on the show."

OMG!

We only wish he went into specifics!

Cuz you just know Katie & Co. were pullin some major diva behavior on that set!

How fun!

Michelle Williams accompanied her daughter, Matilda, on a scooter adventure through New York City on Saturday morning.

It won't be long before we see the tiny celebutot is behind the wheel!

Nice to see Mommy Michelle is insisting on a helmet.

Good mom!

Michelle Williams and baby Matilda were spotted out and about in New York this weekend.

Matilda is getting so big!

She looks so much like Heath!

And just like her papa, it looks like she'd rather not be in the spotlight!

Ledger's Life Insurance Case Coming To An End

matilda1__opt.jpg

As we mentioned last year, Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams' daughter, Matilda Rose, is set to get her father's inheritance. Included in that was Ledger's $10 million life insurance.

However, the life insurance company decided not to pay up - claiming Heath's death seemed more like a suicide than an overdose.

So, Williams hired an attorney on behalf of Matilda to go against the insurance company, ReliaStar.

Well, finally, an agreement has been reached. The details are confidential. But….

The filings state that a court guardian must be established to represent 3-year-old Matilda.

And a closed hearing has been requested for late February to finally wrap things up.

Let's hope Heath's daughter gets what's rightfully hers!

Heath Ledger Golden Globe Dramz

batmanopen__opt1.jpg

Oh, the politics!

If Heath Ledger is awarded the Golden Globe, who will accept it on his behalf?

Well, that's an issue that's creating a bunch of dramz at the moment, according to a new report.

Heath's dad, Kim, really, really wants to do the honors at the ritzy event, but insiders say the Dark Knight studio, Warner Bros., want Michelle Williams to be the go to person, to receive it on behalf of little Matilda.

A 'friend' of the family chimed in, "Why would Michelle be involved? She had nothing to do with the movie. They weren't even together when he passed away. Would you have your ex-wife accept your award? And they weren't even married. [Director] Chris Nolan or [star] Christian Bale would make more sense. Michelle makes no sense. It's like those rumors that she would go to the premiere of 'Dark Knight.' That was never in the realm of possibility."

Put everyone's name in a hat, do the pick and be done with it!
