Vanessa Minnillo isn't going to let her recent breakup with Nick Lachey get her down.

After three years of dating Jessica Simpson's leftovers, and after months of speculation, Minnillo and Lachey have officially called it quits.

And Minnillo is ready to get back into the dating scene!

Vanessa was spotted Tuesday at the Reebok Easytone party in Beverly Hills. And according to Minnillo an insider, "She certainly wasn't moping in the corner or looking upset over her breakup at all. I saw her talking to three or four really cute guys. She totally seemed to be flirting and didn't look like she was upset or anything."

She's probably had three breakup parties alreadt!

The source adds, "Vanessa doesn't strike me as the type of girl that will remain single for long. She looks like she's on the prowl and that she'll stop at nothing to get her prey."

Hopefully Nick gets an upgrade this time around!

After three years of screwing around and being the poster couple of downgrading, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have broken up.

We're sure it's just somewhat gratifying to her that that Nick Lachey's life is going to shit, while ex-wife Jessica Simpson is about to rebound (just a little).

A rep fo Minnillo BlahNick has confirmed the couple have called it quits.

A source says that it was an "amicable" split, with both sides still wanting to remain "friends." The source also explains: "They still care about each other very much. This is what's best for both of them."

But where do they go from here? We can't see anyone else wanting to date them. Maybe they'll separate and then get back together after they realize any careers they might have had fizzled out about the same time Nick started doing guest spots on One Tree Hill.

Oh well. Another Hollywood showmance over and done with.

Really, Nick Lachey? We know your life is not that interesting. You should have the time to turn on a TV or hop on Youtube!

Apparently, former Mr. Jessica Simpson has no idea who Susan Boyle is.

Yeah! The woman has become more popular in the last 3 months than he has been in the last 3 years…or EVER!

When asked about the Scottish sensation, Nick admitted he never "heard her sing", but his charity case girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo, clarified and explained that they "never heard of her."

When they were clued in on SuBo's sucess and amazing voice, Lashiz's brillant reply was: "Then we would probably buy her album!"

Hey, it's not a tit-for-tat situation. SuBo ain't going to buy one of your crappy albums if you buy one of hers.

But if it makes you feel any better, we're positive SuBo has never heard of you either.

Vanessa Minnilo wants that ring on her finger so badly that she mentioned the subject to Las Vegas columnist Robin Leach three times in the course of one brief interview.

When referring to a 5-carat diamond on her middle finger, Minillo said, "It will be 10 carats when it moves to the fourth finger!"

It's all about the love with her!!!

Plus, she's delusional if she thinks Nick Lachey can afford that!!!!

The former VJ was in Vegas sans boyfriend, Lachey. She pouted, "So once again it looks as if I'm always the bridesmaid but never the bride."

Yikes!

When Minnillo realized her verbal mishap, she set the record straight with, "This romance is still going strong. There will always be rumblings and rumors that we've broken up, but in fact, it's very much still on – and it keeps on getting better. Maybe this will be the one time I wind up the bride instead of the bridesmaid!"

She's only 28!

It's the curse of Joe Simpson!

After successfully destroying daughter Jessica Simpson's music career, Papa Joe is extending his reach to former son-in-law Nick Lachey, who is reportedly on the rocks with longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo and floundering for a comeback.

According to a source, "They argue all the time, and Nick is done with her. He feels like she’s holding him back, careerwise."

And it's true…we haven't seen much of Lachey lately, although people are quick to defend his last single, Patience, which has performed lukewarm on the adult contemporary charts to a No. 39 position on Billboard's Hot Adult Top 40.

What is "Hot Adult" anyway?!

Friends are saying that Lachey needs some sort of mainstream pop hit in order to launch a career comeback, and that in order to do so, he's gotta ditch Minnillo, especially since "The relationship has been over for a while, but he’s too nice a guy to end things completely."

Of course, their respective mouthpieces are playing dumb, saying that as far as they know, everything is fine.

Despite having a girlfriend that looks like poo poo dribbles and persistent rumors of having relationship problems, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are still together.

The "happy couple" was spotted Monday grabbing some lunch at the Beverly Glenn Deli near Los Angeles.

We're surprised the two of them are still together, really. Not as surprised that don't really have any careers!

A Perezcious reader just clued us on the dirt Nick Lachey spilled about Lily Allen on Elvis Duran Z100 morning radio show on Wednesday.

Lachey had the "honor" of introducing Lily at a recent radio concert in the Bahamas.

Nick let Elvis & Co. know that the bratty Allen was completely "rude and standoffish" to him when asking backstage how she would prefer to be introduced!

Why do we find this not hard to believe!!!!

Are they already over?

Last November, we mentioned that there was buzz going around that Nick Lachey's girlfriend, former MTV host Vanessa Minnillo, was allegedly up to all sorts of no good around town and that their romance was on the rocks.

Well, some stuff went down this Super Bowl weekend which makes us wonder if they're even still together.

According to the NY Daily News, Minnillo was supposed attend Nick's “Super Skins” party on Friday night in Tampa, but the wannabe actress failed to appear at the last minute.

A snitch commented, “No one knew what happened [with Vanessa]. She just didn’t show. We’re not even sure if she came to Tampa.”

Her absence apparently didn't bug Nick one bit. Lachey was spotted boarding a private yacht at 2am with a gaggle of ladies.

One not enough, Nick?
