Sacha Baron Cohen is one lucky guy.

A judge has just tossed out a defamation lawsuit by Jeffrey Lemerond, who appeared in the 2006 film Borat, being chased down Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

Lemerond, a financial analyst, was suing for unspecified damages.

In the movie, Lemerond is shown as he runs away from Borat, who portrays a fake Kazakhstan journalist who's trying to hug strangers, and yells for Borat to "Go away!"

The Federal judge, Loretta Preska, concluded that although the movie had somewhat of a childish humor and was a bit vulgar, it also attempts an ironic commentary and is newsworthy.

Sacha is a free man. For now.

Sacha Baron Cohen is causing trouble again hard at work on Bruno, the follow-up film to Borat. This time the character is gay and fabulaux!

Local newspapers in Kansas have reported that a "European man" was "putting security on red alert" by "stripping down to tight shorts and dancing in the lobby of Wichita Airport".

A church in Kansas also reported that a 'European' crew showed up to their Easter play in chains. But in this case, the church sniffed out the prank and stopped what was likely Cohen's crew from disrupting the play.

Cohen's mouthpiece refused to comment about the reports.

Oh, Sacha, you bad bad boy.

Spotted: Sasha Baron Cohen in character shooting his new Bruno movie on Thursday at On Your Mark Studios in Sherman Oaks, California.

A spywitness tells us, "I saw a Bruno character kept under raps interviewing parents and their children about wanting to be in an upcoming commercial. He was wearing tight black leather hip huggers with bedazzeled g-string underwear sticking out and a tight fitting cropped tank top."

Sacha Baron Cohen is making the media rounds to promote his new Borat-inspired "travel" book. And, as he is prone to do, the British funnyman has been conducting interviews in character.

Asked by reporters who he supports in the upcoming U.S. presidential election, Borat answers:

"I cannot believe that it possible a woman can become Premier of US and A - in Kazakhstan, we say that to give a woman power, is like to give a monkey a gun - very dangerous. We do not give monkeys guns any more in Kazakhstan ever since the Astana Zoo massacre of 2003 when Torkin the orang-utan shoot 17 schoolchildrens. I personal would like the basketball player, Barak Obamas to be Premier."
