There was an announcement that Excitement at ITV2 would be producing a new reality television program that would shadow four famous Hollywood starlets, one of which would have been Scarlett Johansson.
We were rather stunned when we heard she agreed to do this, and then her agent cleared things up: "Scarlett would never participate in this sort of show. Scarlett is a very private person. It's a complete fabrication."
Too good to be true, we guess.
But which starletts are set to appear: Paris Hilton, Peaches Geldof, and Alexa Dixon.

On being a sex symbol:
“If you take any of that seriously, you need to be euthanized, ASAP. There are moments when you can use that to your advantage. But it’s really embarrassing. I think I fear more than anything just sounding like a complete a—hole when I have to answer that question.”
On being an actor:
“I’ve always just liked working. I like being a working actor. There’s an old saying that you don’t ever finish a movie, you abandon it, and I really believe that. I never walk away from a take and pat myself on the back. You always walk away going, ‘Damnit, I should have tried this!’ It’s that possibility that keeps me coming back for more.”
On Jon & Kate:
“I find that whole situation to be horrible and awful. Every time I see the headlines, I begin an inner hurricane of throwing up. I wanna see Jon & Kate Plus Eight, the Musical. Jon versus Kate. I wanna see four kids on one side, and four kids on the other, snapping menacingly to music as they walk toward one another.”
On favorite TV Show, A&E’s Intervention:
“Real schadenfreude stuff. The first season or two is all about alcoholics and heroin addicts, but then as the seasons progress, they feel the need to sensationalize it a bit. So by Season 5, you get to people who are chemically unable to experience joy unless they’re smoking a cat, or something equally disturbing. I love it.”
On video games:
I don’t really play video games. Is there a way to waste more f—ing time? The Internet’s enough. The last videogame I played was Ms. Pacman.”

Recorded in 2006, before Scarlett Johnansson's tragic Anywhere I Lay My Head, ScarJo recoded a duets album with Pete Yorn called Break Up.
According to Yorn, "I was having a strange week of insomnia and when I finally passed out, it came to me in a dream. I woke up and the whole thing was in my head, fully formed." Intrigued, ScarJo agreed to the project which Yorn had been fiercely protective of until now.
Break Up will be released in June, but here's one of the tracks off of it called Relator.
No amount of reverb can disguise ScarJo's headache-inducing vocals.

Because Megan Fox just unleashed her claws and made a scratching post of Scarlett Johansson!
In the new issue of , Fox starts out her attack by deeming Zac Efron and Robert Pattinson "too pretty," and then went on to call out ScarJo for her pretensions.
Fox says, "I don’t want to have to be like a Scarlett Johansson – who I have nothing against. But I don’t want to have to go on talk shows and pull out every single SAT word I’ve every learned to prove, like, 'Take me seriously, I am intelligent, I can speak.' I don’t want to have to do that. I resent having to prove that I’m not a retard – but I do. And part of it is my own fault."
Suffering no lack of self esteem, Fox adds, "I’m just really confident sexually, and I think that sort of oozes out of my pores…It’s just there. It’s something I don’t have to turn on."
Scarlett Johansson's directorial debut has been dropped from New York, I Love You.
Comprised of several shorts from a variety of directors, I Love You revolves around a theme of love in the Big Apple.
But, contrary to what we'd like to believe, ScarJo's piece - shot in black and white and following an OCD Kevin Bacon who finds inner peace with a hot dog on Coney Island - wasn't actually that bad, it just didn't fit in thematically. There's not that much dialogue and it's…different.
But the short isn't about to die on the cutting room floor. It will be used as part of the film's promotional material, alongside a piece from Russian filmmaker Andrei Zvyagintsev which also didn't make it into the final version.
Hubby Ryan Reynolds recently described dirty boyRobert Pattinson as "dreamy."
Currently promoting Adventureland with co-star Kristin Stewart, he described the Twilighter thusly: "Oh my God, are you kidding me?!?! Robert Pattinson in a word: dreamy."
