Congratulations are in order for Andy Murray and Kim Sears!
The tennis player and his bride welcomed their first born daughter on Sunday.
Confirming the news to BBC, the athlete's agent said:
"Andy and Kim had a daughter in the early hours of Sunday morning and the family are doing well."
Brooke Shields took the high road… kind of.
On Thursday night's episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Brooke addressed her past relationship with tennis pro Andre Agassi and his controversial memoir Open. Cohen was curious to know how Shields felt about the book's candid depiction of their six year relationship and brief marriage.
Speaking on the tell-all, the actress explained:
"I only read the parts I was in, and I was asked to read it by him so that I could correct things that I believed were not correct, because he told me his memory was not that good, so he called me in and I spent five hours with his ghostwriter—I write my own books, FYI. Anyway! I went and I spent five hours and I corrected things that were not as I remembered them chronologically. I have diaries of everything."
Woah, did we just spot some serious shade with the ghostwriter jab? Sure sounds like it!
Despite a meeting with the ghostwriter, the mom revealed things didn't work out exactly as planned:
Why didn't we get a wedding invite?! LOLz!!
On Friday, Anna Kournikova posted a pic with her arm around her little brother, which is super cute!
But that family love is not what got people's attention…
It's Anna's other arm in the photo — on her left ring finger, she's rockin' a MASSIVE ring that looks like wedding bells went down in secret!
The rumors that she wed Enrique Iglesias aren't new, of course — they've been around for a few years — but there hasn't been any significant, hard proof yet.
Ch-ch-check out the ring (below) in her photo and decide for yourself if this is proof:
This is AH-Mazing!
This year marks the first time that Sports Illustrated has made a shift in their awards for athletes of the year.
In the past, the famous sports magazine had awards for "Sportsman" or "Sportswoman of the year" but this year they've made a shift to change their award to "Sportsperson of the Year."
And the winner of the prestigious first-time title is none other than tennis superstar Serena Williams!
Williams has had a sensational year! She won three major titles, remained Number 1 in her sport, won her 21st Grand Slam single title — only one shy of Steffi Graf's Open-era record — and overcame plenty of personal hurdles.
Sports Illustrated Group editor Paul Fichtenbaum said of the decision:
This is so sad.
Serena Williams' dog Jackie died on Tuesday morning, the tennis superstar revealed on social media.
The 16-year-old dog had been with Serena nearly her entire life, so the bond was incredibly strong between the two.
The athlete shared the news, along with adorable pics of the pup on Instagram, writing (below):
