Well, they're filing a counter-suit, saying that he was terrible to work with and kept his drug addiction a secret

It feels like the minute The Situation resolves one lawsuit, another one begins!

The Jersey Shore star recently settled his legal issues with a fat-metabolizing cream company outside of the courtroom, but has now filed charges against Devotion Spirits, with whom he agreed to endorse their vodka back in 2010, for not following through with the terms of their contract!

What happened was Performance Brands hired him to be the face of their fat-metabolizing cream and paid him a $75,000 advance.

The Jersey Shore star has reportedly been slapped with a lawsuit by the Florida company Performance Brands, after they claimed he signed an endorsement deal for some fat-eliminating cream…but never followed through with the terms of the contract and instead took off to rehab!

The Situation is being taunted for being sober while partying in night clubs!

C'mon people! He got sober! That's a big deal!

Also, he looks like a freakin' bodybuilder! Holy heck is he jacked!

As we previously mentioned, The Situation checked himself into rehab for a prescription pill problem.

An insider said:

"Mike has been consistently taunted by other club goers for not drinking. He has been handling it pretty well but it can get embarrassing and awkward for him to consistently be harassed for it. Mike was being heckled on Friday night before the fight broke out. It has been hard for him to deal with at times because his sobriety is still rather new. However, Mike absolutely hasn't been drinking or taking pills and is committed to staying sober. Mike isn't going to stay home and not go to clubs, he doesn't think that going out will harm his recovery."

We don't see how partying with drunk people all the time can be good for his recovery.

Maybe he should move in with Snooki!

She has a separate beach house because of her pregnancy. Maybe they could hang out and not drink together!
