Wow, none of this looks good for Tiger Woods.

After his DUI arrest in which he was allegedly found asleep at the wheel Monday morning, the golf legend denied being drunk at the time, explaining it was a mix of prescription medications that had hit him harder than expected.

The first video of his arrest has been released to the press by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, and it definitely backs up Woods; he is not acting drunk at all.

No, he is high as a kite in a hurricane.

In the full video, Tiger barely recites his ABCs, starts to walk away, tries to tie a shoelace that's already tied, and has trouble even standing in the starting position to walk a straight line. The man is falling asleep standing up.

The Probable Cause Affidavit also stated that Woods failed four field sobriety tests, although he was able to recite the National Anthem backwards. Okay, that is impressive.

Furthermore, the document revealed there was small but visible damage on the vehicle's rims on the driver's side, as well as minor damage on the front and rear bumpers.

The arresting officer's affidavit also states:

Tiger Woods Was Apparently Asleep At The Wheel Before DUI Arrest

Tiger Woods

This is so scary.

According to the police report from Tiger Woods' arrest on Monday morning, cops found the golfer asleep at the wheel with the motor running and the right turn signal on around 2 a.m. in Jupiter, Florida.

The Probable Cause Affidavit says the 41-year-old "had extremely slow and slurred speech" and didn't know where he was after being woken up by an officer.

Four drugs, including Solarex, Vicodin, Torix, and Vioxx, were listed under medical conditions — which were possibly prescribed stemming from Tiger's multiple knee and Achilles surgeries.

It's said the athlete failed four field sobriety tests, but blew .000 on the breathalyzer twice, which supports Tiger's claim that alcohol was not involved.

The report says Tiger was "cooperative as much as possible, very droopy, extremely sleepy, hard to keep eyes open, hard to walk." Yikes.

More details to come.

UPDATE: 1:01 p.m. ET

Law enforcement sources are now saying that Wood was not only "driving erratically, all over the road" when they pulled him over, but also that he became "arrogant" after officers made their traffic stop!

Apparently, an officer asked Woods to blow into a breathalyzer, but he refused — which means an automatic arrest and license suspension in Florida.

Crazy!!!

Apparently, Woods' people have been calling the police all morning to see if the officer had a body cam!

Early this morning, Tiger Woods was arrested on DUI charges in Jupiter, Florida.

Not much else is known other than the fact that the pro golfer was stopped by cops around 3:00 a.m., and then eventually released from Palm Beach County Jail at 10:50 a.m.

We'll have more as this story develops — in the meantime, check out Woods' mugshot (above). Whoa!

Be safe out there this Memorial Day weekend, y'all.

Chris Soules has now formally been charged with fleeing the scene of a fatal accident, a class D felony, after leaving the crash that caused the death of 66-year-old Kenneth Mosher.

And frankly, he should consider himself lucky.

How Chris Soules' Criminal Past Could Turn A Fatal Car Crash Into Murder Charges

no title

Chris Soules' arrest Monday night isn't his first time getting in trouble with the law. And that could make his punishment this time around far worse.

The former Bachelor star was originally charged with fleeing the scene of a fatal accident, a class D felony. But later on alcoholic beverage containers were found in his possession.

Even for someone with a spotless record, driving under the influence could bring far greater consequences. But Chris doesn't have a clean record.

He reportedly was busted for minor in possession of alcohol in 2001 (when he was 19-20 years old), for unlawful use of a license in 2002, and seven times for speeding between 2000-2012. He was even charged with leaving the scene of an accident once before in 2002, but that was later amended.

But those violations pale in comparison to the bust that could damn him to a murder charge. As we previously reported, he's already been busted for a DUI (though it was called an OWI in Iowa) back in 2005. He got 60 days in jail, a year probation, and a fine of $500.

Doesn't seem like much of a penalty to us. But it could change everything for him now. Legal expert Troy Slaten explained to E! News why:

Tyga Taken Into Police Custody For Possible DUI After A Night Out In Hollywood!

Filed under: Stars And Their CarsTyga

Sounds like Tyga had a rough night.

Tyga might want to be more careful…

TMZ is reporting the rapper was taken into custody early Wednesday morning for a possible DUI after leaving Avenue Nightclub in Hollywood!

The 27-year-old was driving his Mercedes G Wagon with only paper plates instead of the actual license plates when he was pulled over by police. And according to E! News, cops wanted Kylie Jenner's ex to perform a field sobriety test, which is why they brought him down to the police station because there were too many paparazzi by his car.

It was then determined he wasn't under the influence, so that's good for him!

Blac Chyna's former flame did get a moving violation ticket instead.

As you probably remember, Tyga doesn't have the best track record when it comes to the law, as he previously had a warrant out for his arrest last year but it was eventually recalled.

Hopefully the artist can continue to stay out of trouble!
