Chaz Bono has looked absolutely AMAZING since he recently shed more than 65 pounds! But how exactly did he pull off the miraculous weight loss?

Well it sounds like mama Cher gave him a little extra incentive by offering him $10,000 for every 10 pounds he lost!!

That's a lot of lettuce!!!

Apparently the legendary singer was SOO concerned about her son's health she was desperate to find any way to get him motivated, and while Chaz was hesitant at first he ended up taking her offer!

That fat you take out of your ass will end up on your arms, says a new study.

A major side-effect of liposuction is that, in the long run, it doesn’t reduce the total amount of fat in your body — it just sort of rearranges it.

Typically, fat that’s removed from your thighs, abdomen, or ass will end up in your shoulders, upper abdomen, or arms a year later.

The study was contingent on the women not undergoing lifestyle changes (i.e. dieting and exercising) after getting the surgery, so women who do alter they way they eat will see different results.

BUT, this just goes to show that surgery is NOT the way to go about losing weight! Change the way you eat, exercise, and live and you will start to see change!

Sure, she may have lost a lot of weight over the past year, but after losing 56 pounds thanks to the expensive miracle of liposuction, is Kerry Katona a qualified fitness expert?

Apparently somebody thinks so, because the former British pop star and reality television star is set to release her very own workout DVD Kerry Katona - Real Fitness at the end of December.

She has been training for the upcoming reality television competition Dancing On Ice and wants to slim down to a size 6 because "the smaller she is, the easier it will be for her partner to throw her around the ice."

We must say, whatever she did, she looks great and think she'll look great in those skimpy skating outfits.

We absolutely commend the mother-of-four for losing weight and taking the necessary changes to lead a healthier lifestyle, but think it's a better idea to take fitness advice from the experts, not somebody who was helped by the experts.

This doesn’t even sound real, but the FDA has approved a cosmetic procedure where the doctor literally freezes off fat in your body.

The way it works is that the part of your body you want to be a little less “round” is frozen, which kills the fat cells in that area. Over a period of months, the fat cells are reabsorbed into your body and you become skinnier in the place where the fat used to be. There is some bruising involved.

Well, this is better than liposuction, we guess, but it still doesn’t beat losing weight naturally.

Former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson said in an interview, “[I] will 100 per cent have lipo after my second baby, because until then, I know I will never be satisfied looking in the mirror."

Noooo! There are better, healthier, and natural ways to achieve the body you want, even after having children!

Kendra has apparently been unhappy with her body since she had her first baby, adding:

"Having a nine-and-a-half pound baby stretched me out so much, I have all this loose skin that just won't go away… I had a C-section, which changed everything and put a bump in the road to my weight loss."

We understand being frustrated with the way you look, but an invasive medical procedure like liposuction is NOT the way to fix things.

A strict diet, challenging fitness regimen, and a little patience will get that body back, Kendra. Liposuction is a mistake!
