While they've been promoting the hell out of their new movie together The Words at the Park City, they've tried with all their might to avoid being caught together or being asked about the status of their lurve. But perhaps the altitude in Utah is getting to their lovesick hearts because it seems the pair have decided to make their romance VERY public!

Last night, Lindsay Lohan was departing from LAX Airport to head out for her holiday plans when she encountered - GUESS WHO - the paparazzi!

They were obviously looking to wish her safe travels while simultaneously make a little extra $$$ for last minute Christmas presents. Luckily for them, Lindsay had only one gift to share with them: the vision of her middle finger!

Aw! That was nice of you, Linds! Giving them the kind of pic they can sell for double the normal price! Such a sweetheart you are!

As of this week, Oprah Winfrey is in Port-au-Prince with Sean Penn to try and offer aid to the poor souls who were made homeless due to the 2010 earthquake. However, it seems her presence has done more harm than good, at least to one journalist who was caught in the crossfires of her security detail.

It seems Big O's camp didn't realize the man was a legit journalist, not a paparazzi. A fellow member of the press actually saw a guard drag the Haitian photographer into a small police station at the camp where Sean and Oprah were visiting. The police interrogated him for over and hour and a half, insisting that he erase his camera memory if he was to be let free. Finally, a senior police inspector arrived ordered the photographer released.
